12/10/2025: A regular stop on my bike rides. The staff is always friendly and cheerful; the coffee and pastries are excellent. The view from the dining room is always pleasant. I recommend Bar Centrale in Tavoleto.

23/10/2025: I happened upon this beautiful and well-kept place by chance.
22/10/2025: Through word of mouth, we wanted to get some takeout pizzas from this place. Unfortunately, they didn't meet our expectations: the pizzas were small and very thin. I wouldn't return. Delivery was prompt, the ingredients were good, but the pizza itself was unfortunately nothing special, and the texture was disappointing.

The food is generally excellent, including the €25 fixed menu (drinks and cover charge excluded), which includes an appetizer, a first course, and a second course (your choice).

23/07/2025: Le pire restaurant de ma vie nous y sommes allé un jour où le restaurant ouvrait à 11h. Nous sommes arrivé à 11h45, quand nous arrivions devant le restaurant le serveur qui nous voit nous ferme la porte au nez 😤🤬🤯
Quand ouvre la porte il se tourne est nous froidement que il n’ouvre pas que dans 35 minutes et il nous propose rien. HORRIBLE LE PIRE RESTO ❌❌❌
09/07/2025: Una stella perche’ meno non si puo’! 50 euro per due antipasti fantasia che si chiama o cosi perche’ ce ne vuole tanta… 28 euro un piatto misero di paccheri coi gamberi “viola”, antipasto di terra con formaggio da pizza e prosciutto cotto nel piatto!!!!!!

26/07/2025: Come recensire un disastro del genere? In tutta la mia vita non ho mai provato una roba simile. Il servizio è stato frettoloso e impersonale, con l’unico obiettivo di liberare il tavolo al più presto. Il tutto a prezzi ingiustificati, considerando la qualità (bassissima) dei piatti.
Un vero peccato: la cucina pugliese merita rispetto, e questo ristorante la banalizza in modo imbarazzante. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno in cerca di un’esperienza autentica.
