14/04/2025: I'm just talking about what I ate. So don't extend your judgment to other dishes. I took a marinara (€5!!!) because I believe that to build confidence you need to start from the basics. The dough is without yeast (water and flour from the name of the place) and you can taste it. Lightweight at the right point. The pizza is not crunchy nor too chewy. In fact, I would say crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside like the slogan from a few years ago. The sauce is tasty, not too liquid, with the right amount of pulp, not very salty. I didn't like the garlic oil. I prefer to have the option to eat the crunchy garlic or remove it especially if I have client meetings the next day. Note. I would have preferred to have the list of ingredients or allergens handy. I didn't ask but I shouldn't ask. It should be accessible to everyone, in paper or digital form. Small environment, a shame because it could do good numbers, decor that is forcibly casual and not casual, as is fashionable now. I was surprised, among the many awards, by the public speaking and effective communication courses (!?). Beer in craft beer, Belgian ale (produced in Italy). I took the double malt one which, thanks to the candied sugar and honey, doesn't leave you with that bitter aftertaste. Courteous staff, I would have expected some attempt to explain the particularity of the pizzas that give the place its name. A pizza that I recommend to anyone who likes Neapolitan pizza!

15/05/2025: Non voglio criticare il.servizio,il cibo ,ma il trattamento che abbiamo avuto dal titolare del locale ....pensava di farci pagare due volte il conto di ben 16 persone ....questa non e' il modo di trattare i clienti ....e pensava di farla franca ...ma non sono tutti fessi .Pessimo.

10/05/2025: You eat on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups, practically a village festival. Pizza worse than the supermarket and 6 types of pizzas. Alpine gathering perhaps they didn't understand. A couple near our table have steel cutlery, something doesn't add up 🤷♂️

01/03/2025: Bad experience. Ordered via deliveroo, whose delivery service worked well. I've noticed that when I order from various shops via Deliveroo the plating often leaves something to be desired, but this time they beat everyone. Ordered 2 pizza and a ham focaccia. The pizzas were baby size although I paid full price for them, my focaccia was unwatchable: 3 slices of ham and that's it. Cost 12.90!!!! I called to point it out, they were unable to offer me any valid alternative, for example they didn't offer to remake the focaccia, they didn't offer to give me a shopping voucher, they simply limited themselves to replying "I don't know what to say". I don't like writing bad reviews, especially if I see good will behind it, but in this case the service (not of Deliveroo, but of the pizzeria) seemed excessively superficial to me and the customer care was practically absent. Very dissatisfied, I will never order here again.

As for the "restaurant": I can't comment on the fixed lunch menu (€13) because I didn't choose it. I took the mixed fried seafood that was recommended to me (€15), but I didn't like it. Prawns (2) overcooked and tasteless, squid and anchovies just decent. Plus it stayed on my stomach (and I digest stones too).
Very poor service, terrible house wine.
Ah, I forgot: verbal account and no receipt.
07/02/2025: The extremely disappointing service was the best part of the lunch. It was only possible to choose between 2 first courses and one second course, so the two of us tasted the entire menu but the only passable thing was the anduja pasta. We were hoping to make up for it with some beautiful cream Maritozzi which were probably very good 2 weeks ago when they were prepared. Unfortunately we arrived 15 days late.

01/05/2025: I'm not the type who reviews food or places, but this evening I can say that the delay for 2 pizzas is really exaggerated. Thank you for the discount, but also having people at home after 9.30pm, I had to eat in front of friends at 9.50pm, when the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 9pm. Home organization is important, and managing it is not easy, but this way you only lose customers. Good continuation, it's a shame to have left out another pizzeria, which in Biella is always worse.
19/03/2025: Yes good but they take home deliveries without knowing the address... I called at 6pm and they told me they would deliver at 7.30pm, at 7.15pm they told me they wouldn't deliver

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua.
Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti.
Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo
