31/12/2024: I wanted to give my contribution to this place and took a photo of Jonni Pi. the pizza chef of the "Lo Spuntino" pizzeria in Corridonia who, together with his brother Fernando and other excellent collaborators, attract hundreds of customers from all over the province of Macerata, for the quality of their pizza, both by the slice and on the plate. For the latter, customers have access to a reserved room, always very clean, adjacent to the historic pizzeria, with an independent entrance and toilets that can easily be used even by disabled people👋👋. The place is always very popular so I advise everyone to book well in advance (especially on Saturdays and Sundays), but in the later hours, at the end of the service, it is not uncommon to be able to meet the owners directly and exchange a few words with them, congratulating them. for the excellent dinner or ask some questions about how they use the raw materials. This is how Jonni showed me the fresh ingredient of the evening🌶️🌶️🌶️(when available 😂😂) that I had requested as a plus on my pizza. The beers are excellent. I had a Poretti 4 hops on tap and a blonde Augustiner Bräu München (a German brewery, founded in 1328 by Augustinian monks) in a bottle really🔝🔝. Until next time!

10/11/2024: Locale adiacente il teatro comunale di Mogliano. L'interno è di modeste dimensioni ma accogliente. La pizza era buona anche se un po' cruda nei bordi. Lo consiglio per una cena veloce vista anche l'assenza di alternative nel centro cittadino.

14/03/2025: It's difficult to give an objective review, I don't like thin, biscuity pizzas so I didn't like it. However, the ingredients are excellent. The staff is very kind and the place, although small, is very welcoming. I had a ciauscolo pizza from the Marche, with cereal dough. Excellent flavor but too biscuity texture for my tastes. I will return to try other variations

19/02/2025: In the area to meet with the FAPAM company and INOXA, the production and style manager of ATELIER OF ARCHITECTURE, an architecture and design brand, chose to have lunch at LE GRAZIE. Efficient service thanks to the three "Thanks", very kind ladies, risotto with vegetables and boiled cauliflowers of quality. Convenient parking. Informal place for quick business lunches.

27/01/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. It's not the first time we've been there and this time it deserves a review given how good we had it. Very quiet environment, suitable for family tables with children of all ages and friends' tables for any occasion you are celebrating. The menu was presented on a blackboard at the entrance. Simple and concise. We took a papardella with wild boar, as beautiful as it looked and with a perfect taste, the paccheri with fried artichokes and chopped pistachios were very good and the pasta had an excellent sauce, two portions of ravioli with mushroom ragù (booked in advance) were good . For the second course we took the Ascoli fried food which included French fries, exceptional breaded chicken, a very tender lamb chop, Ascoli olives, fried artichokes and cremini and suckling pig, a little salty for my taste but very tender and delicious. Water, a quarter of wine, coffee and two white desserts paid 50 euros per couple. Service was fair, kind and helpful.

23/02/2025: Unlike those who say that the pizza is not good, I can say that it is good. You should like it and suit your tastes because it is very thin with an almost non-existent edge, but the dough is good and not heavy. The adequate and quality seasoning clashes a bit with the appearance. Super quick service, even though it was Saturday night, we ate quickly. The place is very vintage in 90s style. I will definitely be back.
