30/03/2025: We got a four season and a hoax. Excellent pizza, really good tomato, fabulous and not heavy dough, quality ingredients. Good, good, good. We didn't take photos because we devoured it in a short time.
02/03/2025: I ordered a Burrata pizza: white pizza with mozzarella, rocket, datterini tomatoes, dried tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, anchovies (which they removed as per my request) and burrata. The only flavor I felt was garlic, which by the way wasn't even specified in the ingredients. I asked the waitress for explanations and she told me that they macerated the datterini tomatoes with garlic. Sin!!! 😔

19/02/2025: Experience, friendliness and quality. All in a small and simple place on the Adriatic coast. Once you frequent it it becomes natural to return.
24/11/2024: We stopped at Sombrero on our way before resuming our journey.
We ate VERY WELL, even though it was almost closing time the counter was well stocked and the food was excellent. The very kind staff, especially Miss Anna who served us.
If we really want to be picky, we found it a little expensive, but we willingly paid because we really ate well.
We often pass through those parts. Next time we will definitely stop at Sombrero!

23/03/2025: The place is tidy, clean without appearing aseptic, it smells of good oil, oregano and tomato; the atmosphere of the restaurant, which can be glimpsed from the entrance, is warm and welcoming; in the kitchen, the courteous people move with patient competence and care in seasoning the pizzas, with ways of other times and places almost at home. The perfect pizza for consistency and balance of flavors even once brought home.

11/09/2024: Il bar da Mario si trova al centro del paese di Montecosaro (delizioso borgo medievale). Ha tavoli sia all'aperto che dentro ma d'estate prendere un caffè ( provate il caffè chihuahua) con vista del campanile non ha uguali, Servizio attento e professionale. Bravi
