Very welcoming place, excellent food with every type of meat, but also with Valtellina specialties (enjoyed excellent and abundant sciatt with salad) and excellent local wine. 09/02/2025: We stopped for lunch, very nice, warm and welcoming place. Several rooms, stone and wood, typical of the area. Attentive, kind, present and fast service. Excellent dishes, from the Valtellina tradition. Some gems not easily found in other places in the area. A wide choice of desserts, very good. Absolutely recommend!

24/02/2025: I returned to Livigno, you can only say for them and they are CLOSED FOR THE OLYMPICS. Brilliant. A real old-school tavern, I think it is one of the few left in Italy, where with 10 euros you can still eat and even well, where you feel welcomed and where they always offer you an aperitif and bitter. A dream for those like us nostalgic for a restaurant service that has now set. Without the possibility of booking. In line with a paper number which is even too much. Unfortunately it seems that it will be closed for the whole of 2025. Let's hope it reopens. Let's hope it doesn't get renovated. Let's hope it stays as it is. LONG LIVE the Bait del Ghet.

27/02/2025: Historic restaurant in Tirano, spacious inside and with tables outside in summer! Chiscioi, fillet with green pepper and really good pizzoccheri. The pizza and desserts are also excellent. Good wine list and room service.

23/02/2025: We had three plates of tagliatelle with venison ragù which was really good and I would have liked to taste more of the venison flavour. An excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Good pizza and spectacular tart too. Overall really good and I recommend it. Good and typical Tzigoiner, you don't eat much but it's very tasty.

24/02/2025: Madesimo es una montaña familiar, y esto encaja perfectamente! La comida es de autoservicio, las filas son rápidas, y la comida es excepcional, sirviendo los favoritos locales, así como la comida global. El bar realmente puede conseguir hopping, especialmente un sábado por la noche! ¡Es administrado por la familia y todo el personal trata a todos como familia mientras ejecuta una operación eficiente! Una ventaja es que la vista es impresionante desde su gran cubierta!

15/02/2025: Rifugio gettonatissimo per chi scia nel comprensorio di Madesimo. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti, dai piatti tipici all'hamburger, alla minestra di verdure. Io ho particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di scegliere dal buffet delle verdure tra verdura cotta, cruda e sottolio. Particolarmente affollato di sabato e domenica, ha numerosi tavoli all'esterno dove è piacevolissimo pranzare se c'è il sole. Raggiungibile anche senza sci con impianto dal paese.

14/02/2025: INEDIBLE PIZZOCCHERI It's the first time in my life that I haven't eaten a dish, unfortunately they were cold and the cheese tasted old in addition to the fact that it wasn't the classic recipe and in my opinion they should say so. I pointed out that they were cold and was told that it could happen since they are heated in the pizza oven and not in the pan, unacceptable. I still paid for the dish (€15) even though it was sent back. There is no longer respect for the customer and for the food, which has been wasted.
