The hotel team was incredibly helpful and gave us the best advice on what to see and do in the city — tips that we never would have found in a guidebook. Their guidance made our whole trip so much more special. Highly recommend staying here if you want not just a great place to sleep, but a team that genuinely cares about your experience! 18/05/2026: Wonderful hotel with incredibly nice staff. Very clean and I appreciate the lovely scented small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of those awful attached pump bottles.
Sitting outside the back with that beautiful Lake Como view is heaven. Aziz, the bartender and waiter, was very nice and over the top helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

07/06/2026: The food isn't tasty. The bread isn't fresh. It seems like they don't know what bruschetta looks like.
The service is disappointing: the waiters are tired and irritated. The pizza plate never arrived.
04/06/2026: The food was very good! We ordered one of the daily specials, the chicken breast with salad, and a shrimp crepe with asparagus. Everything was delicious. The view is also very pleasant, overlooking the lake.
