The hotel team was incredibly helpful and gave us the best advice on what to see and do in the city — tips that we never would have found in a guidebook. Their guidance made our whole trip so much more special. Highly recommend staying here if you want not just a great place to sleep, but a team that genuinely cares about your experience! 18/05/2026: Wonderful hotel with incredibly nice staff. Very clean and I appreciate the lovely scented small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of those awful attached pump bottles.
Sitting outside the back with that beautiful Lake Como view is heaven. Aziz, the bartender and waiter, was very nice and over the top helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

11/07/2026: Superb atmosphere and lake view. We had cocktails and soft drinks, along with a generous charcuterie and cheese platter. The bill came to €54. On the higher end, but reasonable considering the cover charge. A warm welcome and very professional service.
