31/10/2025: Halloween dinner was a total disaster. The other times we've had a great time with the blonde lady. Tonight, the fried food was rubbery, the service was poor, and the pizzas were burnt. When we asked for a remake of the child's pizza, the blonde lady did so immediately, amidst the grimaces and comments of the other staff behind the counter. This is no way to treat a customer. We won't be returning.

31/10/2025: Terrible fried food, burnt pizzas full of flour, inexperienced staff, zero professionalism. Exorbitant prices. Personally, I'll never go back.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, I found a soap wrapper on the bidet that was very dirty, including feces splashes. There was no mini-fridge, not even a bottle of water at the entrance. The balconies of the connecting rooms made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. There was not even a Schuko outlet in the room, and the shower had hair. I understand the structure is not new, but I didn't like it. The guy at the entrance was friendly.

28/10/2025: For a first experience, it was excellent, even though I ordered takeout. The pizza was very tasty and filling, the delivery service was prompt and attentive, the prices were excellent, and the customer service was very friendly! I'll try again!

14/10/2025: Weekday dinner. I was pleased with both the food and the friendliness of the staff.

21/05/2025: We have been ordering home delivery pizzas for years, usually paid in cash. Unfortunately this time I only had the debit card, I asked to pay by card and the answer is this! ” “We don’t have the POS for home deliveries” Excellent, they make me leave home with 8 people waiting for me to eat the pizza at home. Result = I went to pay immediately in the shop, inconveniencing myself for your mistake, I didn’t receive an apology, on the contrary, annoyed, you repeated to me that you don’t use the home POS and we all ate the cold pizza. Customers lost due to your mistake, next time inform the customers that you only accept cash.

20/05/2025: Pizza Obscene!!!! Arrived all soft,, inedible!!! Never Again!!!

07/10/2025: Pros: Pizzas made with quality ingredients (the only reason I have left to order here) Cons: Scheduled time NEVER respected! Call at 6:20 PM, scheduled time 7:30 PM... Even this evening I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes. And don't tell me about the peak business... Edit October 6, 2025: Please note that this review refers to the previous management (the two rascals).

29/07/2025: We ordered a McDonald's pizza (sausage and fries). It's worth noting that for a €7 pizza, there were four potatoes on top, but the worst part was that they were inedible, half-burnt and dry (see photo). I'd say it would be more honest not to offer pizzas like this on the menu. The other pizza we ordered was average.

10/10/2025: Excellent pizza, thin and well-filled dough... digested very well.

22/09/2025: Went for pizza with friends. The place is the same as it was twenty years ago and under the same management, and it could use some modernization. The pizza is edible, with thin crust and almost no crust (not exactly my taste), but considering how much we spent, I'm not satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

02/11/2025: Perhaps due to the gloomy day, the atmosphere seems gloomy, the outdoor spaces poorly maintained, with bushes overgrowing the sidewalk. A kindly lady explains the rules of the place: self-service, with cardboard plates and paper napkins. We are astonished: we thought we were trying a renowned pastry shop where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast, but we found ourselves in a cafeteria, with picnic plates in a shabby warehouse, between 1980s buildings, a stone's throw from the train station. Thanking her, we decline the offer to "sit down," and, negatively astonished, we continue our way back to the center with a question: Why would anyone spend money to wait in line for a jam croissant served in a paper napkin and a coffee in a cardboard cup, only to then hope that good luck will quickly find a free seat where they can quickly consume the food on the tray they hold in their hands? Could it be a collaboration with a motorway service station chain?

08/10/2025: High product quality. Non-existent service, paper cups.

30/08/2025: Terrible food, cold cuts, very small portions, good value for money. Two main courses, half a bottle of wine, and a potato chip, €44. However, the service was friendly and fast. We won't be returning.
