02/01/2026: A pleasant discovery, recommended by friends. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional and "special" pizzas, all very interesting and with thoughtful ingredients. We ordered a bufalina (excellent) and a "il barba" (the Barba), which wasn't great: it was even better. A clever use of the ingredients, with just the right contrast, brought out the best in each. Highly recommended. I was also impressed by the dough and the way the pizza was cooked, which was airy but crispy enough, not "heavy." I also ordered a croquette, which, however, wasn't cooked properly, so its flavor can't be judged, but I reported it at the cashier and it was removed from the bill. Thank you for your honesty...that's never a given!
01/01/2026: I had dinner on New Year's Eve with a very good Neapolitan pizza, the guys serving were polite and professional, good value for money, adjacent parking......what can I say.....I recommend this place!

The waitress was annoyed throughout the entire lunch, which somewhat ruined the atmosphere of a Christmas lunch with friends.
It's a shame they don't serve scarpinocc during weekday lunches; we came in specifically for that 🥲

07/01/2026: Beautiful setting at the entrance to the upper town, clean, easy to find, and very close to parking. We had a tasting menu, which was delicious. Impeccable service. Kudos to Massimo and his staff. Highly recommended.

01/03/2026: A welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere, and a wide selection of food, especially pizzas and those seeking the coveted "gluten-free" and "lactose-free" options. There's also a wide selection of desserts, from vegan to lactose-free and gluten-free.
Excellent service, and it was a pleasure to meet "Luca," the ironic and super-friendly waiter, at our table.
Highly recommended!

11/02/2026: At first glance, the restaurant doesn't look very presentable, but it's spacious. The menu is interesting, rather unconventional, and the staff speaks English. I just wanted a quick bite and ordered a pizza. It was prepared quickly, no complaints.
08/02/2026: I recommend it. The prices seem reasonable and the food is delicious. It can get quite crowded, but pizza is always available for takeout.

Yesterday we returned for dinner after a while and were truly thrilled.
Excellent and attentive service, meticulously plated first courses, and a truly delicious pizza.
Recommended in every way.
02/01/2026: We've been here twice for lunch during visits to a local healthcare facility.
The atmosphere is very refined and welcoming, the staff is distinguished by their kindness and expertise, and the food is excellent, presented in a way that pleases the eye even before it pleases the palate. The menu offers a wide selection, including daily specials. We particularly enjoyed the fish dishes—both appetizers and first and second courses.
At lunchtime, there's also a fixed-price option, which we didn't take advantage of.
The bill is certainly not cheap, but considering the overall quality of the offerings, it's reasonable. And, something quite rare for me these days, you leave the restaurant feeling completely satisfied with your money.

Was waiting for 20 minutes after the time dwlivery was supposed to come and they still haven’t showed up, didint get my refund also, paid for nothing, don’t order if you are a tourist cause they won’t come
Ordered trough eat it but courier was from restaurant and they didint care to deliver
29/12/2025: The atmosphere is straight out of the Polish 90s, but the pizza is much better :) the quality and taste are great, a real Italian restaurant, the phones don't stop ringing

As promised, we returned the following week. This time, too, they were excellent... everything was truly excellent. The food was well-prepared. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A good stop on our motorcycle tours. Next time, we'll be back for the pizza, which they only serve in the evening.

28/11/2025: Takeout pizzeria with a few tables for tasting on site.
The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven. High-quality ingredients and flours (with a choice of different and alternative doughs). Long natural leavening (the brewer's yeast flavor is barely perceptible).
After baking, the dough is thin and crispy.
The grain flavor is still noticeable (a sign of quality).
Proper use of salt (you won't be thirsty after the meal).
The result is an excellent pizza, tasty, and easy to digest!!
Roberta prepares pizzas with passion and professionalism, showcasing organic ingredients.

10/01/2026: The restaurant is cozy and quiet inside, and also has a large space in the piazza. We had a truly excellent appetizer and fillet steak! We'll definitely be back!
06/01/2026: Perhaps it was the day after New Year's Eve, or something else. The appetizer was very tasty and even my wife praised it highly.
Brisket steak with small, slightly sweet tomatoes 🍅. I had the pork chop with potatoes, which was well-prepared, but a bit too bland for my taste.
The house burgers, on the other hand, looked very juicy and delicious. The tartare was hand-cut from a filet mignon. I didn't try it myself, but it was professionally prepared. My impression is that this is a place where you should only eat meat.

12/08/2025: Pizzeria San Martino, a few steps from my house and somewhat hidden, is nevertheless well-known in the area. In the first two or three years after opening, it stood out for its attention to every detail: a tidy place, impeccable service, and consistently excellent pizza.
After a few years, the quality of the pizza has remained extremely high—truly among the best—as has the service and the welcoming, pleasant atmosphere inside. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the outdoor area. During nights and on days when it's closed, the terrace becomes a place of passage and rest for people who leave it in a shabby condition, significantly degrading its overall image.
This unfortunately takes away from the place's charm, to the point that, even when it reopens at the end of the summer, those who pass by during these weeks are unlikely to have a good impression.
My advice is to consider permanently removing the terrace and replacing it with a well-kept and striking entrance: two tall, elegant candles, or two slender, well-kept flowerpots, perhaps with a nice rug at the entrance. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but the current exterior risks putting off customers. It would be a shame not to take action, given the excellent quality of the cuisine.
