03/03/2026: We went to the restaurant alone, without a reservation, and even though it was a busy Saturday night, they made room for us. The food was good and reasonably priced. The house wine (red) surprised us with its excellent quality. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: The rooms were okay. A decent place to stay in Bergamo. The pizzeria was also good. Prices were okay, the dough was good, but it could use more seasoning.

29/03/2026: Last night, my friends and I dined at Pizzeria Byron and we all left thrilled. As a celiac, I can say I've rarely felt so relaxed and pampered in a restaurant. The menu is vast: an incredible selection of pizzas, all customizable, and what struck me most is that practically every dish on the "regular" menu is also available in a gluten-free version—even the casoncelli! The waiter who looked after us was impeccable: attentive, just the right amount of friendly, and very knowledgeable. As soon as I told them I had celiac disease, they changed my cutlery, brought the bread packaged separately, and my pizza arrived on a dedicated plate. There were six of us, with very different requests, and yet everything arrived at the same time. The wait wasn't long, and in any case, the quality of the dishes more than made up for it. The gluten-free pizza dough was different from anything I'd tried before, but it was truly delicious—and I even devoured the crostone. Last but not least... the desserts. Seeing those masterpieces being passed around the tables around us convinced us to try them, and yes: they're also available in gluten-free versions. Next time I'm in Bergamo, I already know I'll be back!

12/04/2026: We booked a table for 9 pm for 7 people, and the service was super fast! The pizza dough was excellent, even the gluten-free one was delicious. The desserts were fantastic!! We all had a great time and can't wait to return. Compliments to the pizza chefs and waiters, highly recommended!🩵

02/04/2026: It's now become my favorite pizzeria. The pizza is really light and not bloated. The desserts are delicious. The staff is always friendly, and the pizza chef is truly talented. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: I'm not going to exaggerate. The place doesn't look that interesting, but go in. The pizza is the most delicious I've ever tasted. We're from Colombia, and the pizza there is very different. We went to a slightly more expensive restaurant, but believe me, nothing beats Pronto Pizza Garibaldi. I don't remember exactly which pizza we tried. A hidden gem. I have no proof, but I also have no doubt. Thanks for something so delicious.

10/04/2026: This small restaurant is perfect for lunch. They make own pizza in special pizza oven and can recommend. Table has to be reserved as it’s very popular and busy.

09/04/2026: The pizza was decent, nothing groundbreaking. The dough was good and the ingredients were quality, but it lacked that little something extra that would truly make it stand out. On the other hand, a major plus: the selection of doughs was incredibly varied, with some original options you don't see everywhere. We even got to try types of pizza dough we'd never tried before, which added an interesting twist to the experience. Overall, a nice place to discover different types of dough, even if the pizzas themselves remain fairly classic.

12/04/2026: I visited this restaurant in September 2021, after the COVID-19 lockdown. Since I couldn't show a valid vaccination certificate, I was refused entry. I ordered a pizza to go and was surprised by its size (approximately 50cm in diameter). I ate it on the terrace. It was delicious and had generous toppings. I highly recommend this restaurant!

06/04/2026: Excellent Easter lunch. The only flaw was the slightly cloying dessert. The atmosphere was very refined and the staff were very friendly.

28/11/2025: Takeout pizzeria with a few tables for tasting on site. The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven. High-quality ingredients and flours (with a choice of different and alternative doughs). Long natural leavening (the brewer's yeast flavor is barely perceptible). After baking, the dough is thin and crispy. The grain flavor is still noticeable (a sign of quality). Proper use of salt (you won't be thirsty after the meal). The result is an excellent pizza, tasty, and easy to digest!! Roberta prepares pizzas with passion and professionalism, showcasing organic ingredients. Excellent end result!!!! Thank you Roberta.

11/02/2026: On a Monday evening, this was one of the few restaurants open, so I was forced to go. Parking wasn't the hardest part—there's a bunch of free parking nearby. The service was fast, and the staff spoke English. The portions were small, but by no means cheap. I ordered the tuna, but it was terribly stinky.

06/01/2026: We chose it at random and went for a business lunch. Simple and beautiful place! Kind and friendly staff. We went for lunch for a business lunch. We had a great time and will be back.

29/03/2026: Extremely chaotic atmosphere: due to the large number of people and the size of the place, it's difficult even to talk to the people at your table. Every five minutes, the lights dim and loud birthday music starts, which is decidedly annoying, especially when it's repeated up to 10 times in the space of two hours. The pizza quality is rather poor, and since we were seated at a table in the back, we didn't even get a chance to try many varieties.
