06/07/2026: Large selection of pizzas. They're good. The service is deplorable. The dishes aren't served at the same time. No smiles. No effort made to seat us, even though I had reserved a table outside for four. The table wasn't ready or available when we arrived. I don't recommend this restaurant and I won't be going back. I should mention that I speak Italian, so it wasn't a language or comprehension issue.
01/07/2026: Had a plate of niocci that were quite average and a non alcoholic drink and paid 25 euros. Nice location, friendly owner but the experience is overpriced. Maybe the pizza is their highlight but didnt get a chance to try.

20/07/2026: The owner and the guys are courteous and friendly, I had a good time every time I went there, always crowded, even at lunch, the pizza is good and the atmosphere in its simplicity is familiar, the pizza is good, good dough, the only problem is parking but in Milan we know that's how it is. Well done

01/03/2026: A beautiful evening in a charming and very characteristic place. We all had meat and burgers for dinner, and it was all truly excellent! The owner, Cinzia, was super kind to us and our children. The restaurant also had a play area where the kids had a blast! We can't wait to try the new restaurant that opens tomorrow!
28/02/2026: Good idea but the play area could use some updating (a bit broken and not very clean), unlike other Pollicinos.

07/06/2026: We booked a table two weeks in advance. We arrived, and after making us wait outside for 20 minutes, and after I urged them to give us a table, they offered to seat five of us at a table for two. Needless to say, we left without eating. Rude and unreliable, not to mention the fact that the place was barely air-conditioned.
07/06/2026: I visited Pizza Big for the first time in 11 years, after being introduced by an acquaintance. The staff are skilled artisans—cool and friendly. I was most impressed by their unique dough; I couldn't stop eating. It's the only restaurant I wanted to go to twice during my trip to Milan. The taste is etched in my memory.

09/05/2026: Italian restaurant with very polite Chinese owners! Generous portions of food, well-prepared and reasonably priced!!!! House wine 3.5 euros per individual carafe.... I loved it!!!! I went twice while I was in Milan.
09/05/2026: The lobster noodles have gone up in price to 27.5 now. They're pretty good and the portion is huge, but not particularly amazing. You can try them. They gave us a free lemon smoothie and water.

The meat is black and stringy.

07/05/2026: I ordered sushi through Glovo. I had guests over, and I made a fool of myself. The rice was chewy and hard, and the uramaki fell apart as soon as they were picked up. The nigiri had hard, chewy rice. It was obviously not fresh, but had been in the refrigerator for who knows how many hours.
€32 wasted.

25/07/2026: The atmosphere is simple and clean, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. The pizza is huge, thin, and crispy. They also have a Neapolitan version.
We were surprised by the attention to customers: even though the place was crowded, one of the people serving another group noticed I was using a fan and, without saying anything, came back with a small fan.
It seems like a way to communicate their enjoyment of their work and respect for their customers, which also shows the attention paid to the kitchen. Indeed, the ingredients are good and well-cooked.
The prices are very fair, and, incredibly, they don't charge a cover charge.
We come here when we're in the area, and it's highly recommended.

12/07/2026: we went here to celebrate my birthday since it was recommended by a friend. It really wasn’t good, we order three dishes only one dish was ok, the other two weren’t special or good and the pasta we order for the end we left it because it was just like grocery store food.
The staff was very nice and accommodating, the view from the windows was fantastic, but it called my attention that when we paid they didn’t even asked why we didn’t eat the pasta.
I don’t want to harm the business, maybe it was not a good day at the kitchen, but they definitely need to improve.
