I spend all New Year's Eve in Livigno and, I would have been a potential customer, but after the treatment I received, I will never set foot in there

09/03/2025: We live near the pizzeria and the pizzas are really good... BUT... everything else is terrible! Specifically the take-out service. We observed it the last 3 times we went. The first time we ordered by phone, arrived at the indicated time and waited 40 minutes watching a series of other people coming and going. We had doubts about the priority of the deliveries. The second time we were more attentive and realized that the order was random. Better yet: it takes into account variables of familiarity with the customers! We even tested it the 3rd time to be sure! It's confirmed: friends and acquaintances when they arrive have their pizzas ready before the other customers! The man who manages the tickets with the orders decides who gets served first regardless of the order or arrival! So after waiting 40 minutes we asked for a refund and indicated the reason! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! Obviously the disorganization and lack of careful attention to the customer should also be indicated. Low standard! What a shame!

31/03/2025: We had the pasta carbonara. A disgusting thing that makes you want to vomit just thinking about it. It had nothing of carbonara. Almost cold, two small pieces of who knows what because they didn't taste like bacon or bacon and they were hard as rocks. The pasta, not spaghetti, was in a kind of disgusting broth I don't think I'll ever go back again. But then, enough of this Christmas story. Now she's old and bored

14/01/2025: The dishes were really good, the service was also good and the bill was normal. (We received a discount on the total) The only flaw given the elegant and well-kept environment I would avoid the paper tablecloths.

21/12/2024: To say the least, clean and well-kept place, polite and kind staff... Very good cured meats and today offered off the menu, coppa di Cinta Senese cooked in the oven, pizza... a spectacle... Highly recommended, all accompanied by a Riesling of BAGNOLI (Oltrepo') spectacular... If you pass through these parts, take a look because it's worth it... Honest prices.

15/03/2025: Pleasant experience. First of all, booking is advisable because they are always very full. As soon as we entered we were welcomed well and immediately accompanied to the table. Pizzas arrived very quickly and the quality of the food was really great. The girls were very kind and nice. In conclusion, if you are looking for good pizza, this is a great place.

14/02/2025: An excellent discovery for a quick and tasty lunch While walking around looking for a place to have lunch during my work break, I came across this restaurant by chance. From the outside it didn't look particularly inviting, but once I entered I was pleasantly surprised: a welcoming and warm internal veranda immediately enveloped me, accompanied by a delicious smell of pizza. I also appreciated the presence of an opening platform for disabled access. The menu is varied and offers both à la carte options and fixed price formulas, with different categories of dishes. I found the gluten-free options excellent, in particular the pizza dough, crunchy at the edges and soft in the center, really tasty. Even French fries, being frozen, are safe for those with intolerances. The staff is approachable and frank, the service fast and efficient. The atmosphere is simple and home-made, perfect for a business lunch without too many pretensions but of quality. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Definitely a place to return to!
