06/10/2025: A truly exceptional experience! The pizza is simply delicious, with a light dough, quality ingredients, and an authentic Neapolitan flavor. The staff is exceptionally courteous and friendly, always smiling and helpful. As if that weren't enough, they also offered me a truly delicious pasta and provola entrée—a welcome surprise that shows how much care and attention they give to their customers. A place where you eat well, feel welcomed, and experience a true passion for Neapolitan cuisine. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Last night we went to dinner with friends. Nothing to complain about the food, but the big problem was the service and friendliness! We were served after a good hour and a half, and during dessert, after having us order practically as soon as they arrived, the waiter very calmly told us that you have to "kindly" take our table in 5 minutes! In short, they were unprofessional, given that when we booked, it wasn't stated that they were taking shifts. And above all, in my opinion, serving desserts and then not even letting you taste them just ruins the quality of everything! When paying, the only solution was to offer you something, but honestly, that's not how it works when you explicitly kick customers out! Very disappointed, we won't be back!

07/10/2025: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I found the room clean, simple, and nice. The hotel's location is strategic for exploring Livigno's city center. We also had the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant, where everything was very good.

01/10/2025: We went for a couples lunch and the place was quiet. The pizzas were well made and the service was excellent.

03/10/2025: I'd heard about the seafood. My experience, and that of most of the group I was with, wasn't great. I shared lemon mussels that seemed long-simmered, with a very salty and bitter liquid (I couldn't tell if there was thyme, oregano, or parsley). The mussels were tiny and flavorless. The mixed fried calamari was cooked but soft, rubbery, and not crunchy, while the shrimp were hot and tough. The staff were friendly, but I don't think I'd return or recommend this place. Prices are average for Como and the surrounding area, so expensive.

20/09/2025: During my stay in Como, I visited the restaurant twice and did not regret it. Extremely friendly service and very tasty food. The portions were huge.

25/09/2025: Amazing pizza at affordable prices. We lived in the building next door and ate nothing but this delicious pizza every day. It's baked in a wood-fired oven. And judging by the crowd, the locals love this place. Thank you so much for the delicious food.

The only shame is the behavior of some of the waiters, who sometimes seem to bring their own tiredness or frustration to the tables. I understand that days can be difficult, but those who come to eat are also looking for a bit of serenity. We've repeatedly noticed unwelcoming behavior—avoiding glances, small "distractions" in service, and even inelegant moments between colleagues in front of customers. That said, the place is still worth it: the quality of the pizza and the professionalism of the owners are truly worth the visit. With a little more harmony in the service, it would deserve a full 5 stars.

After over two hours, we received a charred pizza, without even a word of apology from the owner. A terrible experience in every way. The lack of respect for the customer is unacceptable.

12/10/2025: We had lunch with the family and were truly satisfied: Cappelletti just like my grandmother used to make, braised beef that melted in your mouth, and a delicious tiramisu. The service was very fast (the owner and waitress were very kind), but the cashier was a bit cold. We're not locals, but we'll definitely return if we get the chance.

20/08/2025: Every now and then I stop by for some Peruvian rotisserie chicken or empanadas. It's always delicious and definitely better than the usual business lunch (sandwich, piadina, or reheated dishes) at the local cafes. I highly recommend it!
