11/08/2025: It was recommended to us by a friend who often comes to Fiuggi. It's located in the center of town. The restaurant is large, with outdoor seating, clean, and offers the unique experience of dining in a "cave." The staff is attentive and friendly. The cuisine we opted for is one that other restaurants often serve. We ordered the specials of the day: two pappardelle with a delicious white wild boar sauce (I didn't see much meat on my plate), very refined and suitable for all palates; two mixed grilled meats, both delicious and well-cooked, with just the right amount; a single mixed salad, house red wine and Nepi mineral water (a shame it's not the Fiuggi variety), bread, and a single coffee, for a total of €90.00 out of €93.00 per couple. Personally, I can't justify the prices, and in any case, I was a little disappointed by the water they brought us.

29/05/2025: Very nice atmosphere, good food and generous portions. I highly recommend the bistro appetizer, with lots of treats! Fair price!

09/05/2025: This place has been a pleasant certainty over the years. Whether you want an important dinner or a light plate of vegetables, you will always have excellent quality and exclusive treatment. This year, however, the chef Cinzia has outdone herself. Despite the difficulty of finding the raw material since the season was over, when I expressed the desire to taste artichokes she made an effort to organize a dinner based on this delicacy for me within a few days. Each dish, in addition to being sublime, had professionalism and love for one's profession as its ingredients. You can dine satisfyingly and have experiences that combine food and professional enthusiasm. We were privileged to have both. Well done! See you soon!

10/08/2025: I haven't tasted any pizza in two years. Last year, it was sold out by 8:30 PM. This year, we went to the pizzeria before 8:30 PM, and the counter was empty. The pizzas were placed on the counter one piece at a time and delivered. My husband and I waited patiently, while two girls who were with me waited outside. Since things were moving slowly, after almost half an hour, I asked if it would be possible to have a Margherita and a white pizza with sausage (the only options) for four people. The clerk, somewhat annoyed by my question, politely replied, "There are people ahead of you, we have reservations, get in line." So we left. It's better to eat where the foundations of good business relationships are established, and above all, courtesy, if not a smile (that's asking too much), which cost nothing.
