11/02/2025: Excellent family run restaurant, had such a great meal. The fillet with mushrooms and fiochetti (italian dumplings) was really amazing. Caprese salad and mixed bruschetta were very fresh and simple. Great Giacobbe Cesanese wine. Even the french fries were really good!!! Ive been to a lot of restaurants in Fiuggi, this is one of the best for sure!
09/02/2025: Welcoming place, staff who are very attentive to the customer, truly special dishes... the gricia and the polenta are highly recommended.

04/02/2025: In the heart of Fiuggi, a place that is not only welcoming, beautiful and for everyone including children.
Excellent food, wonderful fried vegetables, delicious first courses, generous portions, good wine and very kind staff, you spend your money super well! If you want, there is a TV to watch matches or other things but if you want to stay in privacy, the restaurant has more intimate and less chaotic areas if you pass through Fiuggi, drop by!!!!!
04/02/2025: Pleasant environment and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, however, what I ate did not satisfy me completely. The polenta was a firm block with sauce and sausages on top. Polenta without flavor, pleasant sauce. The tiramisu was mostly biscuits soaked in coffee and the "cream" was rather bland, not very sweet. At the end I was asked how the tiramisu was and I said so. This had no effect.

Truly excellent trio of fish tartare
The pasta made by them, I recommend the gnocchi with your favorite sauce, every sauce is excellent
You can see that they are attentive to the raw material, both with the wine and the oil.
07/01/2025: We had lunch, one first course was good, the other one we sent back, but the second course, escalopes with mushrooms, unbeatable old meat!!!... We definitely won't be back.

11/02/2025: Gorgeous pizza, light, crunchy and digestible. My favorite is the white one stuffed with mayonnaise, sliced tomatoes and tuna. Delicious supplì in different flavors and baked potatoes with super skin.
24/01/2025: Delicious simple pizza place. I had the regular cheese and zuchinni, and they were great!

10/02/2025: Solo in un breve periodo che coincide con le festività del santo patrono di Fiuggi si può gustare la famosa pizza di San Biagio, combinazione di ingredienti tra dolcezza e sapidità, croccantezza e morbidezza. Consiglio la loro pizza ben cresciuta e quindi molto digeribile.

Vivendo al confine della provincia di Napoli e salerno, ho abbastanza esperienza.
Considero la pizza del brigante, una vera napoletana ben realizzata .
Il forno non è il tipico napoletano a cupola bassa, ma l'utilizzo di legna di qualità, oltre alla maestria del pizzaiolo, non si avverte la lacuna.
Locazion simpatica e facilmente raggiungibile da fiuggi centro .
Prezzi onesti.
