20/08/2025: Terrible service, distracted waiters, and disorganized staff. They take the wrong orders, are disorganized in assigning tables, and forget if you ask for something even if you repeat it several times.

05/08/2025: Avoid this place; the food and appetizers are low-quality and tasteless. But the worst thing is the rudeness and discourtesy of the staff. I went to this place one evening in August 2019 with my two daughters for an aperitif. When the appetizers arrived, the waiter spilled one on me, risking cutting my back if the glass had broken. The waiter's immediate apology was: "Fuck." Neither the owner/manager came to apologize, nor were I offered any towels or anything else to dry myself. In the restroom, a kind customer, whom I thank, gave me some tissues. I really wanted to leave because I was wet and sticky, but I resisted so as not to ruin my daughters' evening. When it was time to pay the bill, I said, "Anyway, I'm the lady who got soaked from head to toe and ruined the evening." At this point, the owner/manager asked me if he could offer me something. I replied, "Dinner," and he said, "It's fine, so we don't have to argue." I can say that from now on, I will avoid this place, where rudeness, incompetence, and poor quality reign supreme. I understand that an accident can happen; that's not the point, it's how you behave accordingly. Proper behavior for a reputable establishment should be: Prompt apologies from the waiter and the owner/manager, help with drying off and cleaning up, offering to waive the bill, offering to pay for laundry if necessary, and inviting the customer back at their own expense another evening, to demonstrate that they're not incompetent. 22/03/2025: La disponibilità del personale equivale alla bontà del cibo... tutto buonissimo. Una vastissima selezione di pesce e di carne.... veramente un bel locale

12/03/2025: Pizza pessima , sembra del giorno prima , ingredienti dí scarsissima qualità, locale osceno , per non parlare del bagno , sporco di muffa e che cadeva a pezzi , una rovina. Spero vivamente che la cucina non sia nelle stessi condizioni. 1 stella è troppo , spero facciano dei controlli, poiché nel pomeriggio ho avuto anche un irritazione alla pelle.
