07/10/2025: We went as a group of 20 for Sunday lunch, and they accepted reservations even for 2 pm arrival. Really helpful! The tagliata and zuppa inglese were excellent.
01/10/2025: Good evening, I'll be brief:
We're having dinner with a half-board option starting Monday evening, recommended by our trusted hotel (Cavallino di Faenza).
Third evening, there are four of us, three ordering pizza and the fourth ordering the special menu!
The three pizzas were delicious and the service was very fast, while for our colleague with the menu, there was a 40-minute wait for his second course!
So far, no problem, but as soon as we politely asked the waiter, he answered!
Guys, let me explain how it works for the workers;
The restaurant gives priority to customers with the à la carte menu, and the workers are served last!
I'd say that's unheard of!
A simple apology would have been enough and it would have been the end of it!!!
If you go to eat there, don't say you're a worker!!!!
Anyway, I'm really sorry I gave this review!

27/09/2025: I can't say the pizza wasn't good.
But can we even talk about the waiters with bottles of Prosecco hidden in the hedge? In an hour, I saw three bottles thrown into the trash can in front, not to mention the various alcoholic beverages brought out. The waiters' attitude was so unpleasant, with trays over the guests' heads, that I had to move aside. Of course, anything goes, but we don't know where the professionalism lives. What a shame, there's so much potential.

07/10/2025: It was my first time at this place, accompanied by some friends. Perhaps we just had a less than stellar evening, which sometimes happens even at the most renowned places. There were four of us, and we didn't get our pizzas together. When the first one was finished, the last one hadn't started yet. Mine, with the vegetables, was so dark I couldn't distinguish them. Too bad! I stopped by because of the reviews and the world ranking. It can happen, maybe they were short on staff.

12/08/2025: When we discovered the pizzeria, we only went here, pleasant service, they showed the children how to make pizza, we even let them watch. The pizza was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed it and can only recommend it.

That alone would be enough, but no, it's not enough to describe what this place means to me and my nanny!
It's smiles, it's home, it's conviviality, it's kindness, it's good habits with healthy breakfasts and delicious snacks with ever-changing flavors. It's almost like family because, starting with Amedeo and moving on to the girls, we've been welcomed and pampered, and we still are today, and always will be.
I confide in them, and believe me, a mother often lacks a listening ear. With them, the little girl feels safe and is listened to (a rare thing today in a society where even the mere presence of a child, even if well-mannered and independent, causes discomfort and resentment). The food here is divine—from the braised meat-filled candies I had the opportunity to savor some time ago to the constant toffee mignon—you're a point of reference.

27/09/2025: I stumbled upon this pizza place by pure chance. I was drawn to the ambiance and a smell I'd noticed out of the corner of my eye while walking by. I stopped for dinner and... what a surprise. I ate a pizza unlike any other. Definitely good and worth trying at least once. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back. It'll be my go-to.
