08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference.
We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience.
The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously.
We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience.
In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

29/06/2025: Excellent pizza, light and well cooked (especially not burnt like in many other pizzerias). For beers here you will find refined craft beers. I recommend booking on Saturday evenings.

25/08/2025: Good pizza, thin, light, very digestible, rolled out like a disc, it looks like it was rolled out with a rolling pin, the edges aren't puffy, I'd like a little more toppings.
Low prices and fast service.
21/08/2025: Rude staff, long wait, and to make matters worse, I found a hair in the pizza, which seems strange considering the pizza chef is bald.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

07/09/2025: I've known this place for 30 years, if not more, even when my dad was here. I started with a simple piadina, but the pizza... unmatched, legendary pizza, piadinas, I like everything, and it's the only one my partner can eat, due to chronic gastritis, because it's thin, crispy, tasty. Prices are normal. LEGENDARY SALVATORE KIOSK, keep it up.

03/07/2025: We arrived just as they opened at 18:30 on Weds, so it wasn't very full. The service was very friendly and helpful. Our limited Italian was helped by them speaking English. 👍 All of our food was great. I really enjoyed they green salad. It was big and fresh. Many many pizzas to choose from. I chose The Kiwi. Lots of meat on it. I would definitely go back.

It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's okay. I didn't like the service at all. They use disposable utensils, which really detracts from the food. Eating pizza on a paper plate makes no sense. The waitresses are also very unfriendly.
I don't speak Italian, so I don't care if they speak Italian, but when we're there, two customers ask the waitresses to smile, it must be for a reason... As for the service, if they don't have table service, why do they have tables and a terrace too?
