06/01/2026: We ate well, the pizza was very good, and the paccheri were also good. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and smiling. The place is very nice. The restrooms were very clean (just a little chilly in winter). Dogs are allowed.

06/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance and had the pizza. The pizza was really good; you can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients; it's thin and super digestible. The wood-fired oven always adds something extra. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. We were in a bit of a hurry today, but we'll definitely be back for more; the menu was really interesting. Well done!

19/02/2026: If you want a truly good pizza, you have to stop by this pizzeria in Piacenza. The atmosphere is dated (but that's its characteristic), the place is clean and bright. The seating is a little uncomfortable, but when you get up after eating, you feel satisfied. Compliments to all the staff.

10/02/2026: The atmosphere is a bit dated, but Marechiaro offers excellent pizza right in the center of Piacenza at very reasonable prices. Keep in mind that the restaurant only serves pizza; there is no restaurant service.

06/01/2026: I've been there a few times and tried the pizza and a few seafood dishes. The pizza is good, classic, like at all pizzerias. The Livorno-style mussels seem more like a main course than an appetizer. It's definitely better to share them because you risk being too full for the main course. I once tried the seafood linguine, which was very good, with an excellent, well-seasoned sauce. Another time I tried the spaghetti with clams, which wasn't bad, but the clam sauce was missing. It didn't taste much like clams, and it was a bit dry, but it wasn't bad. The house sparkling white wine was good! The service was friendly, and the location was beautiful!

08/03/2026: Nice place, no private parking, but it's easy to find a spot on the nearby streets. The pizza by the meter is very good and easy to digest. Fast service, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, especially Dustin. I highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: Exceptional experience! I went there last night for Valentine's Day. There were five of us, and we all agreed we'd be back. Excellent staff (the waiter with glasses was very kind, as was the head waiter), excellent food (I ordered spaghetti carbonara and I must say I was surprised). And finally, great atmosphere, great hospitality, great location. We were close (lucky me!) to a soccer team. The guys managed to make me laugh even though they weren't with us. (Of course, they noticed me and started talking to me, which was the only embarrassment, since I'm a Bordeaux). I didn't expect to have such a wonderful evening. I really enjoyed myself (partly because of the company, partly because of the other table, partly because of the waiter with glasses who wanted to bring me a teaspoon to convince me to try at least one dessert, and partly because of the guy who came by to take our orders—I think he was the manager, who also deserves a 5/5. In short, I really had a great time and I'm sure this restaurant will join my regulars. The five of us spent €131 (I kept the receipt as a souvenir). I had the best Valentine's Day so far. Oh, and by the way, at one point they even had a birthday surprise for a lady in the back; they also turned off the lights to bring her a cake (happy birthday, Mrs. Carmen!!) - how sweet! Nothing, but where do the soccer players play over here? 😅 We looked for the writing on their sweatshirts, but they were all sponsored places. (I remember Amélie & I don't know who else's bar, and then MC Progect's company in Podenzano.) We, however, would have liked to know the name of the team. In any case, with or without the boys, the waiters made the fantastic even more fantastic. I'm Denisa, and maybe if you read this review of mine, when you see me again I'll ask myself: "Why did I do it?", but this evening had to be told.

15/11/2025: On Saturday evening, despite the place being packed, the service was very fast, attentive, and friendly. The pizza was delicious, truly light and of high quality. A nice surprise.

26/12/2025: The pizza was inedible, it looked like a stuffed cracker, the fries were cold, and the side dishes ran out at 7:30 pm. The cured meats and the typical dish were good.

05/03/2026: Didn't live up to expectations. The facility would be very nice, but it's neglected. The room was large but poorly maintained, the bathrooms old and full of limescale, the lights didn't work, and the heating was noisy all night. Breakfast was barely adequate. The spa was a joke, with a cold sauna. The only positive note was the lady who gave us massages, who was kind and professional (though she's an external employee), but she wasn't provided with enough towels or disposable kits. Sorry, but I'm not satisfied.

04/03/2026: Regarding the attached restaurant: excellent atmosphere, ideal for couples and a romantic dinner, attentive customer service, and high-quality food and dishes. Ample outdoor parking, interesting views of the castle from the outside, and an adjoining swimming pool.
