The place is clean, welcoming, and larger than it appears. Excellent selection at the meat counter. The owner is knowledgeable, courteous, and passionate. A recommended stop for meat lovers.

The meat is top-quality. Everything is excellent, from the bombette to the strips, including the diaphragm and sausages. The meat is very lean and cooked to perfection, so it doesn't weigh you down. They also offer a wide variety of cuts of meat. Various cooking methods. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The owner is extremely kind, always smiling. The house wine by the glass is also good. Service is quick and courteous. I recommend stopping by for anyone in Martina; you won't regret it.

If you want to try the authentic "fornello pronto" of the Itria Valley, this place is a must-visit in Martina Franca. The concept is simple and fantastic: choose your meat directly from the butcher's counter and they cook it fresh for you. The bombette are out of this world (try the breaded and spicy ones!), with the cheese that melts like a charm. The gnummariedd and the knife-point sausage are also excellent, flavorful and not at all heavy. While you wait, their local capocollo is a must. The atmosphere is rustic, very authentic and no-frills. The staff is friendly and super fast despite the place being always busy. Exceptional value (you pay for the meat by weight). Solid advice: make a reservation, especially on weekends, or you risk not getting a table. I will definitely be back!
