16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients

15/06/2025: Fuori c'erano 33 gradi, la gente ammassata (perchè chiaramente devono massimizzare il guadagno) che sudava. Verso la fine della pizza ho rischiato il collasso dal caldo. Chiaramente vogliono risparmiare sull'aria condizionata...EVITATE QUESTO LOCALE IN ESTATE!!! (Pizza senza infamia né lode ma troppo cara se farcita).
08/06/2025: Buon locale con sale climatizzate e ampio dehor. Camerieri gentili. Ottima birra ma la pizza nella media. Nel caso della mia, i funghi erano quasi assenti....

04/06/2025: Esperienza molto negativa, sia per la location dove i tavoli sono praticamente attaccati l'un l'altro, sia per la pizza dove in una tavolata di 10 persone quasi tutti hanno avuto problemi di indigestione, vomito o dierrea durante la notte... Ci può stare tutto, ma star male proprio NO!! Mai mai mai più una serata qui...
29/05/2025: Very digestible pizza, fast service, good courtesy. I understand and appreciate the pizzeria's policy (in my opinion) to keep closed both on SUNDAY (only pizzeria) and on Monday. Long live the weekend and waiters cost less, you can't live on work alone.

25/05/2025: Neapolitan style pizzas, soft and quite thin in the center. Good and average with good ingredients, only small defect would be to put a little more tomato because near the edges the sauce is burnt, especially on margherita and similar pizzas.

20/06/2025: Despite the sudden change of table that they made us do after sitting down, it was a good culinary experience The pizza in a pan was excellent, even if the red one was very salty The possibility of taking 1 liter of beer was great, but it arrived with 10 cl less. We had it filled to the right level (otherwise what's the point of taking 1 liter, to save money, if it arrives not full?) It's a shame that the outdoor area is practically on the street, but it's much better than dining inside, where there was an impressive noise pollution, knowing that all the tables were full
20/06/2025: After a long time I returned to eat a gluten-free pizza, and I must say that the experience offered by I Dissonanti went far beyond my expectations. Although I am not celiac, I have a slight intolerance to gluten and refined flours, and I am used to alternative doughs that often turn out dry, crumbly or too compact. Here, however, I found what I can define without hesitation as the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. The dough is surprisingly soft, well leavened and with a pleasantly elastic consistency, which holds the toppings perfectly without "going mushy". The cooking is impeccable, with the right balance between crunchiness and softness. The choice of ingredients is also of the highest quality, from tomatoes to mozzarella, through cold cuts and very fresh vegetables. Another very appreciable aspect is the wide selection of gluten-free beers, which is far from obvious, alongside non-alcoholic beers and the classic traditional options. An attention that demonstrates a concrete sensitivity towards those with particular dietary needs, without making them feel "different". The place is well-kept, welcoming and the service is attentive, courteous and well-informed about gluten-free options, an element that always makes the difference when dealing with food intolerances or sensitivities. I highly recommend I Dissonanti not only to those who follow a gluten-free diet, but also to those who are simply curious to discover an alternative dough made with skill and passion. A virtuous example of how inclusive cuisine can also be extremely tasty.

10/06/2025: Il cibo è ottimo da 5 stelle però alcuni piatto non sono tanti perfetti., ad esempio gli spaghetti alle vongole a volte capita dentro un po di sabbia. La pizza è sempre buona. Io penso sempre la diavola con salsa di pomodoro e salamino piccante.
06/06/2025: È già la seconda volta che vado in giorni e orari diversi, sempre tutto perfetto, la vera pizza napoletana idem la pastiera, piatti abbondanti, personale simpatico e qualificato, ambiente elegante ma anche alla mano, adatto anche a vegani e celiaci, anche se nn abito vicino ora andrò sempre li Consigliato

02/03/2025: I had dinner here, I took seafood fritters, there was nothing seafood, the dough was good but as said maybe the seafood should have been in the shape, then an arancino, a little cold inside, then pizza napoli (anchovies) and buffalo mozzarella instead of fiordilatte, as a pizza dough it wasn't bad, but the bottom was a bit burnt, there were 3 anchovies, and there must have been 3 or maximum 4 slices of buffalo mozzarella so it was full of sauce and little mozzarella... average prices but if we improved the quantity of ingredients a little perhaps it could be more appreciated...

17/06/2025: During a recent visit, I ordered a white pizza (indicated at 6 euros) asking, at the time of ordering, for the addition of chips. When I got the bill, I discovered that the addition of chips — which consisted of a simple portion placed on top of the pizza after cooking, without any particular preparation or presentation — was charged 4 euros more, bringing the total to 10 euros. The perceived value of this addition seemed disproportionate to the extra charge applied. Furthermore, the lack of clear and transparent communication on the final price made the experience unsatisfactory. I expected greater attention both in the gastronomic proposal (a minimum of integration between ingredients) and in the management of the relationship with the customer. Prior information on the extra cost would have avoided misunderstandings. I hope that in the future there will be greater clarity on off-menu prices and that the additions are actually valued in the preparation.

16/05/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever tried. A huge variety and excellent service. The only downside is that it's not in a central neighborhood, but rather remote. But if you can, you'll definitely have the best pizza in Modena here.
10/05/2025: Local located in an area of ​​Modena where it is very easy to park. The appearance of the room is not exciting, but tidy and clean. The starters, montanara and crocché were good. The pizzas have quality toppings, but the cooking and the dough are disappointing: on average the pizzas arrive crumbled and with a raw crust. Neapolitan pizza is something completely different.

08/06/2025: Nice place with the possibility of eating inside, in the sheltered terrace and also outside. So it satisfies all tastes. Good and fast service. Even though it was a "rush" time we were served quickly. Original and tasty salad served in a "pizza dough container". The photo is better than me at describing the dish😏
