03/08/2025: After a while of not being there, but with the memory of a good pizza, I was disappointed: poorly cooked, not risen, rushed, 4 cm of pizza with no topping, a lake of mozzarella and the requested additional ingredient practically absent, with the price applied for the latter higher than that of the official web menu.

25/07/2025: I used to go there periodically to try the legendary Pizza Domus; a mix of ingredients so unique that I'll avoid listing them just to pique your curiosity... But suffice it to say: it was a true explosion of flavors in your mouth.

02/08/2025: I can only speak of this place as a takeout pizzeria. I've ordered here four times, each time between 45 minutes and an hour late, even when I ordered 30-40 minutes in advance. And if you call and ask how far they're going, the answer is always "the guy has already left." To be fair, they did offer to buy me a pizza after my umpteenth complaint, but that doesn't change the fact that the service is terrible.

03/08/2025: I went here for dinner with some friends. They seated us almost immediately and then brought us the menu. We ordered and were served shortly thereafter. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful. I would go back!

08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference. We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience. The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously. We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience. In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

24/04/2025: Satisfying pizza, light dough and medium quality ingredients. Overall I was satisfied but I didn't find that extra taste. Decently average pizza. Only note: put a little more ingredients on top because the pizza with sausage I got was a margherita with two small pieces of sausage...

12/06/2025: Probably the best pizza in one of the most authentic pizzerias we've ever eaten. From antipasti (bruschetta) to pasta, pizza, and carpaccio, this visit was simply fantastic. The service was very friendly, and they even went out of their way to communicate with non-Italian-speaking guests. The Italian warmth isn't lost here, though. If you're in the area, consider driving out of the city into the countryside to enjoy a beer, a glass of wine, and a pizza in this incredibly beautiful atmosphere!

02/08/2025: Best pizza by the slice we've ever had! The lady didn't speak English, and I didn't speak good Italian, but we had a nice conversation anyway. Great place to have a slice of pizza and a beer!

01/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for fish. Cold appetizers, more vegetables than fish. The hot dishes were just baby octopus and mussels, with a nice slice of bread underneath for added volume. The fried food, even though requested, was without vegetables, arrived covered in fried vegetables. The fish???? There was a bit of it 🤔. Bottom line... very expensive for vegetables, with a side of fish. And as they say. Every idiot His passion. Definitely, never again, not even for pizza.
