We asked for a pizza from the menu without two ingredients due to dietary requirements, but we were told that it was not possible because "the pizza chef would have been annoyed when reading the order". We were suggested to get a margherita with additions, without warning us that the price would increase by 50%. At the checkout, we discovered that the same pizza from the menu and with more ingredients cost €4 less. The service was a little confusing, with some orders from other customers brought to our table, but considering the place was full, that can happen. To conclude, it would be correct to inform customers of price changes at the time of ordering, especially if it changes so much. If these aspects were improved, the experience would be more pleasant.

Too bad about the service We arrived when there were few customers in the room and despite everything we waited 40 minutes for the orders after several reminders, but it was later worse when a team of customers arrived long after us, they served them before us and after several reminders they served us the pizzas. Arrived at 7.30pm pizzas served at 9pm. Very bad. I would advise him to organize the service better.

Sono stata presso questo ristorante con la mia famiglia lunedì sera a cena e ci siamo ritornati martedì a pranzo, l’abbiamo adorato, location molto suggestiva, elegante, una nota particolare ai meravigliosi quadri esposti e, soprattutto la gentilezza della titolare, il suo sorriso e la sua dolcezza ci hanno conquistati. Cibo di ottima qualità, abbiamo gustato piatti eccezionali: primi, pizza, e dolci, tutti impiattati con eleganza e professionalità. Straconsigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

We also ordered home delivery and always Top both the pizza and the service in which they were precise with the time despite the Saturday evening.

06/04/2025: We have been frequenting Le 3 Caravelle for some years and have noticed a continuous improvement in the service offered. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. Quick and efficient service. Very good cuisine for both pizza and fish.

06/03/2025: I ordered the usual pizza by phone, the lady, quite rudely, tells me that if we set a time I don't need to wait (maybe she didn't want me to wait there). I replied that I wouldn't want to eat a cold pizza, she told me to go at the set time and not to worry. I arrive 5 minutes early, the place is deserted, and the pizza was already ready and frozen, I didn't want to make it again. Good placemaker, I can't say the same about the owner.

01/02/2025: The restaurant is welcoming and clean. The menu is rich, the pizza with broccoli and sausage is very good and well seasoned. The fixed menu at 15 euros offers a first course, a second course of meat plus a side dish. The portions are generous. Good service and value for money.
