17/02/2026: I ordered from Glovo for delivery and I'll never order from them again. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, and it was hardly carbonara at all. It was hard, cold, and tasteless. Not to mention that the supposed carbonara sauce was almost nonexistent, as was the guanciale. It all went in the trash. I'll never order from them again. In response to the reply, I've been to Italy a thousand times and tried all kinds of restaurants, especially pasta carbonara, which is my favorite. So you're not going to tell me that's a good carbonara. With all due respect, it doesn't taste like carbonara or anything else.
11/02/2026: Today, February 11, 2026, I ordered takeout fried fish, skewers, and clam sauce. I just threw the spaghetti in the pot, and everything was truly excellent.

01/11/2025: We've been going there for polenta for a while now, at least once a year. Served in a baking dish with three earthenware potsโone with mushrooms, a second with ragรน, and a third with wild boar ragรนโthe polenta tastes like cream, yet is solid. As always, the service is impeccable. Perhaps the restaurant could use a makeover, especially the entrance!

08/03/2026: One of the best pizzerias in Maranello. They make pizzas with larger crusts than other pizzerias, but the dough is very good, so they're a pleasure to eat. It's one of my favorite places in Maranello and I recommend it to everyone. Sometimes, however, the pizza isn't as good as usual in terms of toppings and dough.
21/02/2026: Waited almost an hour, served the people who arrived after me... arrived home pizza stuck to the cardboard.

15/03/2026: We'd booked a seafood lunch weeks in advance. We hadn't even sat down before the hot and cold appetizers arrived in a rush, followed by the first courses (overcooked and without any pause), and by then we'd eaten so quickly that we had to take the second courses home. The quality, however, wasn't great in my opinion (maybe it was because the place was so busy). Despite this, I'd like to return for a meat-based lunch, but on a weekday when the staff might not have to rush to serve us. I can't comment on the price since I was invited.
11/03/2026: The food was good. There were only 2 waiters and they unfortunately didn't have enough time to serve all clients. And the owner of the trattoria wasn't kind with clients. He was indifferent.
