24/10/2024: I have been making pizza at home for years with professional pan mixers and ovens and as a pizza expert (even quite good) I can affirm hands down that Daniele's pizza is the best pan pizza I have ever tried, not only for the excellent raw materials (I have witnessed firsthand the delivery of fresh vegetables and freshly picked mushrooms) but also for the pairing, preparation and care he puts into every single slice. The service is quality with staff trained to respond to any curiosity. In response to those who accused Daniele of being expensive, I can reply that it is better if he continues to go to all-you-can-eat restaurants to eat rubbish and get scammed. That's the right place for them. Quality and authenticity are priceless and in any case Daniele's pizza doesn't cost much. We took 5 slices of pizza, paid 10.50 euros and 3 people ate on it. Now I'm curious to try panettone. I will be back very often.

Cosa dire di questo fantastico ristorante: ambiente accogliente con un tocco di sobria eleganza; rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale; portate gustose, abbondanti e nel pieno rispetto della cucina silana; personale professionale , molto attento al cliente. Ed a vegliare affinché tutto vada per il meglio c'è Angelo: padrone di casa impareggiabile, che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, coccolandoti ed assecondando ogni richiesta. È stata la degna conclusione dopo l'esperienza fantastica sul Treno della Sila.

22/12/2024: Locale piccolo ma pulito e accogliente, dislocato sul corso principale di Camigliatello. Piatti tipici cucinati in maniera tradizionale con materie prime di ottima qualità per un risultato eccellente. Consiglio in maniera particolare le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, le scolappine, il caciocavallo grigliato e le tipiche patate mpacchiuse. Servizio veloce, personale gentilissimo e attento a tutte richieste, prezzi onesti. Siamo usciti dal locale decisamente soddisfatti e ci torneremo sicuramente.

His knowledge of the menu and wines allowed us to fully appreciate each course. 02/01/2025: I would like to point out that before writing this review I reserved the right to enjoy almost the entire repertoire of Calypso's culinary melodies. After that only two words came to mind: Pure inspiration! A few times I felt the sea in my mouth... At Calypso this sensation was constant every time. For those who love to taste 'real' 'fresh' fish I believe it is essential to book a table in this magical place of taste: I agree with those who define it as "the best restaurant in the Tyrrhenian area of ​​Cosenza". The owners and all the staff are exquisitely helpful: I recommend asking for suggestions, I have always been satisfied in following them. The romantic veranda overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a candlelit dinner. Hats off to this place of poetic inspiration of taste.
