10/02/2025: L'altra sera abbiamo preso due porzioni di patatine erano abbondanti e buone, le pizze che abbiamo preso erano la casareccia e la saporita entrambe buo..ni..ssi..meeeee, l'impasto strepitoso è dir poco, non fa venire sete come molto succede quando l'impasto non ha una buona lievitazione, gestione e servizio ottimi. Gentilissimi e attenti ai clienti. Poi c'è anche una saletta piccola che è molto intima e accogliente. Lo consigliamo a tutti e ci ritorneremo presto. Grazie.

09/02/2025: Last night we had two portions of chips they were plentiful and good, the pizzas we took were the casareccia and the tasty one both good..ni..ssi..meeeee, the sensational dough is an understatement, it doesn't make you thirsty as often happens when the dough doesn't have good leavening, excellent management and service. Very kind and attentive to customers. Then there is also a small room which is very intimate and welcoming. We recommend it to everyone and will return soon. Thank you.

07/04/2025: Two words: it's addictive!!! Stay away if you don't want to become interval addicts. Focaccias, sandwiches, arancini and potato croquettes without equal. All at a more than honest price, fast and impeccable service and above all top quality materials

03/01/2025: Small place but great quality. VERY GOOD and unique pizza literally speaking. Also worth trying are German wustel (spectacular), it has nothing to do with hotdogs. Ah, even the rotisserie is out of the ordinary. I recommend the "real peasant" pizza. Average prices.

17/05/2025: Very friendly staff, great wood oven baked pizza, a traditional stop for my family. In the photo my favourite pizza, the ‘cornetto di bufala’, but the other were great too: cappello di Totó with extra buffalo bocconcini, Marinara, and Norma (with roasted aubergines). 18/04/2025: Ero al centro commerciale per fare acquisti e abbiamo pranzato con mio figlio e mia mamma alla Bufala, nonostante ci fossimo prima fermati in un ristorante difronte (InPrimis), ma dove, dopo esser stati seduti 35min e chiedendo ripetutamente di poter ordinare, il personale giocava al bancone, di spalle alla sala, senza curarsi dei clienti seduti. Quindi mi sono alzata e sono andata difronte, #LA BUFALA. Personale gentile, cortese, divertente, Vincenzo, Giuseppe e tutti gli altri, ma soprattutto i ragazzi erano molto attenti e veloci, in quanto al pranzo è stato molto gradito, ottima qualità e bontà, anche il bambino ha trovato la sua semplicissima pasta al pomodoro buona, tanto da farci scarpetta😍 Sicuramente sarà la tappa dei prossimi acquisti. Complimenti a tutti ❤️❤️❤️

04/09/2024: I was looking for a pizzeria and I found it: Pizzeria Gourmet Il granio. I book on the fly and go here for dinner. The dining room staff seats us, we book the pizzas and wait. The appearance of the pizza is not like the one in the photos seen (with a nice high crust), but tonight it's better this way. Well cooked pizzas (as requested by us), good and highly digestible. It didn't weigh me down at all. The bill was proportionate to the pizzas eaten.

21/05/2025: Great experience. Precise and kind service, waiting times appropriate to the turnout in the place. Varied menu, from fish (shown fresh to customers) to fried foods to the obvious pizzas. It is precisely on the latter and the fried foods that I can say my piece: excellent pizza with a lot of attention given to both the dough and the toppings. The margherita with basil pesto was truly memorable, delicious. As for fried foods, we had the chips (strictly not frozen) with cheddar and bacon, also excellent. Very very well-kept place, modern and trendy style, essential in every part yet expertly researched in the details invisible to the eye. Very very very chic. An excellent example of great attention to detail in a very busy context such as Soverato. Absolutely promoted and highly recommended.

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

06/04/2025: Locale destinato alla chiusura per me. Le portate fredde e le bibite calde, sicuramente cosa al quanto probabile antipasti preparati dalla mattina. La gestione e sicuramente stata affidata a persone incompetenti nel settore.

05/03/2025: The pizzas are to die for! The “Caprese” starter with the delicious pizza bread was also highly recommended. The staff is also very friendly. So we ate here twice during our short vacation.
