04/01/2026: Tried on 03/01/2026. Beautiful location 4 km from Vercelli. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious salami in fat as an entree. Excellent pumpkin flan with a light Taleggio fondue and delicious Martini di Boves raw meat with black truffle sauce and chickpea pâté. Incredible veal stew cooked slowly in Barolo and spices with creamed potatoes and a fantastic guinea fowl breast roll with juniper berry sauce. Fantastic almond, hazelnut, and pistachio semifreddo, salted and crunchy with caramel, and a wonderful millefeuille with Marsala zabaglione foam. Excellent wine list. Reasonably priced (desserts are expensive). Highly recommended.

13/01/2026: I went to this place for lunch today. I had cotechino with mashed potatoes and fried squid (the waiter sold them to me as calamari). I ate the cotechino, but it wasn't great, while I sent the fried food back because it was absolutely disgusting; the breading was falling off, and the artichokes were burnt. The icing on the cake was the pear and chocolate tart, which had a raw crust, and it was reheated in the microwave, so it was plasticky and not as flaky as it should be! I highly recommend this place; I'll never come back!
06/01/2026: I returned after a long time for dinner, an intimate and beautiful place, while not all the dishes were to my liking, it's still a good place.

25/01/2025: Purtroppo non posso che essere deluso da questa esperienza.
Abbiamo ordinato dei fritti come Antipasto: qualità mediocre e soprattutto molto unti (le verdure fritte erano fritte malissimo, unte e molli).
Aspettiamo i panini, che arrivano mentre il restante piatto arriva dopo qualche minuto (sarebbe giusto fare uscire tutti i piatti insieme).
I panini una delusione, hamburger di qualità pessima, stoppacciosi, secchi, somiglianti a quelli surgelati o a quelli di scarsa qualità dei discount.
Birre nella norma, senza lode e senza infamia.
Chiudiamo con un gelato e una crema catalana, certamente la parte migliore della cena.
La nota ancor più stonata è il conto: €103 per tutto questo.

09/11/2024: Eccellente cucina e anche pizza....ci vado con mia moglie e amici. Cordiali disponibili ambiente semplice e confortevole. Se vi capita anche a pranzo menù fisso e porzioni buone 😋
03/09/2024: Da tempo prendo la pizza da asporto. Molto buona, di qualità è prezzo giustissimo. Ma un paio di volte compreso oggi ho avuto occasione di assaggiare al tavolo da menù. Oggi ho scelto menù fisso a pranzo molto gustoso, personale gentilissimo cordiale ed efficiente. Veloci nelle portate e precisi. Come sempre mi sono fidato del mio istinto e ho avuto ragione. Mi sono trovato molto bene 🤗
