01/02/2026: Simply a great restaurant with really good food, great service and nice atmosphere. We had the brusaola and ravioli with mushrooms as firsts with entrecôte and salmon trout as seconds. All of it was top quality, with the ravioli stealing the show. The white wine of the house was also really good, as was the tiramisu. We would definitely love to come back to try the other dishes, everything seemed delicious!

26/01/2026: The place is charming, small, and very welcoming! The young owners are knowledgeable and empathetic. The food and recommended wines are excellent. I'll have to return sooner rather than later to try more!

04/02/2026: Go for it without hesitation! We had the saffron spaghetti with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious. Especially since the service was impeccable, not to mention perfect! The tiramisu for dessert was also incredible, don't hesitate!

04/01/2026: On the main road to the Formazza Valley, in the hamlet of San Rocco di Premia, lies this special pub. This establishment has made the decision to offer completely gluten-free food, so all its dishes are gluten-free, some even vegetarian. For celiacs, it's a kind of oasis of happiness; they can order everything, I believe only the beers are gluten-free (in addition to the gluten-free ones). Some of the food pairings are unusual; there's always a soup, risotto, and homemade gluten-free gnocchi. The atmosphere is quite rustic, and the outdoor bathroom in the summer doesn't help. I recommend booking ahead, even the day before during peak season, as they often get fully booked for lunch until generally 3:00 PM.

20/10/2025: The owner and the entire staff were incredibly nice. The hotel's location is simply fantastic. With the slightly cooler temperatures, the room was very cold because the windows weren't airtight. Breakfast was good, but not great. Overall, I can recommend the hotel.

02/11/2025: Charming hotel. Idyllic rooms with many thoughtful details. Excellent service from the staff. A superb selection at the breakfast buffet. The entire hotel has a special charm. Parking available. Quiet surroundings. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a rustic atmosphere.

29/10/2025: A small, charming, and lovely hotel in a very central location. The interior is decorated in a variety of colors and beautifully renovated. The breakfast room was inviting, and the food was very good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had three wonderful days.

11/10/2025: Cute Little Bar/Café in the central of Cannobio. The Waitres was super Kind and welcomed us with Open Arms. The coffee was good, the panini was nothing Special and lacked some ingredients instead of plain meat but they were still tasty. Pretty Ambiente with italian urban feeling. Prices were fair.

07/10/2025: Small, rustic bar, nicely shady in the summer months. Good Aperol Spritz 🤩, unfortunately we didn't eat, so no review possible. Friendly service!

14/03/2026: We ate there today, March 14, 2026. Very pleasant atmosphere and good service. The food was very good and very reasonably priced.

24/02/2026: My wife and I went there on the last evening of our short trip. We had reserved a table for the evening at lunchtime. We received a warm welcome and had plenty of time to choose our meals from the menu. The selection is varied but not overwhelming. The drinks selection is good. The menu is a bit dated, but that's really nitpicking. For starters, we ordered the carpaccio and the antipasti of Mediterranean seafood. Both were very tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We also ordered the fried calamari rings as an intermediate course. Unfortunately, these weren't served until after the main course, which consisted of the venison fillet with peppercorn sauce and the beef steak with arugula and Parmesan. Both steaks were cooked to our liking—one rare and one medium. The meat was of good quality, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The grilled vegetables were piping hot and crisp. The additional intermediate course was also very good, as was the pistachio cream I ordered for dessert. A good barrel-aged grappa and a cappuccino rounded off a wonderful evening. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and provide great service. We will definitely eat there more often on our next visit to Cannobio. Many thanks to the team for a lovely evening.

26/11/2025: Right by the lake, so you start with an awesome setting. I enjoyed the the seafood pizza, the Fish Plate and really enjoyed the tiramisu. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is not fancy, very chill and laid back. A must to visit.

29/10/2025: We only wanted to have a drink at lunchtime, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, we were refused service. We can't understand this at all, because in the off-season, you'd think they'd be happy with so few customers... and drinks are a good source of revenue. Very disappointing! Attached is a picture to illustrate just how empty the restaurant was.

09/03/2026: Sunday 08/03/26 we sat under the porticos with a beautiful lake view....but only that....absurd waits to order an aperitif...to receive it even worse, not to mention the prices, a spritz 8 euros...they didn't bring anything to accompany it....not recommended...never again in this restaurant, a disgrace....and then they say that Switzerland is expensive....let's talk about it.

02/12/2025: Excellent food, refined flavors, and a fresh take on traditional dishes. Everything was excellent; I recommend the tagliatelle made with nettles and seasoned with porcini mushrooms.

15/11/2025: It's an authentic place where the welcome and the quality of the meal are exceptional. After a few mixed experiences in Calabria, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

15/02/2026: A family-run restaurant with excellent, high-quality dishes. Welcoming staff, ready to accommodate all your needs (including gluten-free options). The only flaw is the lack of lighting between the tables.
