15/05/2026: A lovely restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake. The staff is partly multilingual and easily manages the flow of customers, even when the restaurant is busy. The food is expertly prepared. Even those with hearty appetites will be satisfied, as the portions are generous. There's also a small but excellent wine list with very fair prices. It's no longer a hidden gem, but its value for money is still virtually unbeatable in this area. We're looking forward to our next visit.
08/05/2026: Pleasant, sublime view, efficient service, affordable prices, good and generous cuisine. A must-try!! A wonderful experience that we will cherish from our visit to Lake Maggiore.

06/07/2026: We were only there for a drink. The waitress didn't understand either English or German. However, we were still able to communicate with her. She was very nice.

11/07/2026: We had a really delicious meal there. We ate there twice during our vacation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit.
10/07/2026: We stumbled upon the restaurant Il Giardino by chance. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was truly wonderful.
The Pizza Diavola and Cozze are highly recommended.

A great loss for the restaurant industry in Cannero!
21/06/2026: Absolutely outrageous! €13 for a microwaved burger and raw fries. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but the food is awful.
If you want to see just how low hygiene standards and taste buds can sink, this is the place for you.
If you actually want to eat, steer clear.

23/07/2026: Lovely restaurant. I was surprised that the salad came without dressing. The food was very expensive and the portions small. But it's very nice and the waiters are very friendly. However, the service was slow. Many dirty, empty tables weren't cleared quickly.

08/03/2026: The fish is really good and very fresh. This is our third time here, and the raw appetizers deserve a special mention! Superb! The cooked fish main course and the fried fish are also delicious!

We chose the raw fish menu, which was very good and the portions were generous!! Excellent value for money!!! We'll be back on the 31st 😊👍

07/07/2026: A lovely atmosphere right on the harbor. Unfortunately, the food was rather mediocre. The bread was served unceremoniously in a paper bag, placed on the table without any explanation; there was no bread basket or bowl.

It lures customers with low prices but delivers disastrously poorly prepared dishes compared to the competition. At the same time, the staff and owner are extremely unfriendly.

19/07/2026: We knew this pizzeria from before, but it seems there's been a change of ownership. The pizza has absolutely nothing to do with Italian pizza; we ordered four pizzas and were all simply disappointed. Definitely not recommended, the only positive aspect is the view of the lake.

Yesterday, a group of 12 of us went to the pizzeria for dinner and were all very disappointed! Both the pizza and the pasta dishes, like the lasagna, fell far short of our already low expectations!

01/08/2025: Non si può negare che bere un aperitivo a bordo lago non ha prezzo. Quindi i 3 punti per il luogo e la gentilezza del cameriere.
Poi però ordini un Franciacorta e nemmeno una patatina? Ma anche no.....
30/07/2025: Un posto delizioso. Il personale sa' come farti sentire bene, vitello tonnato e spaghettoni Ottimi. Il Cannolo siciliano con sorbetto al limone collega due luoghi lontani del nostro paese soprattutto se si accompagna con moscato d'Asti. Ben presentati e buonissimi.Bravi Già mi mancate!

31/05/2025: Das Essen war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Auswahl – da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

15/01/2025: Location a Cannero unica! Il piacere di trovare un localino accogliente e sfizioso, sempre aperto anche durante l'inverno, è davvero una possibilità davvero preziosa.
Tutti davvero gentilissimi e disponibili, coordinati da una perfetta e simpatica padrona di casa.
Assolutamente da provare per godere di una splendida giornata rilassante sulla spiaggia di cannero.
