19/11/2023: Prima dell'apertura prenotavo per la cena una porzione baby di tortellininin brodo vegetale .Servita dalla premurosa e professionale Angela credevo che i tortellini e poi l'insalata fossero in porzionevridotta come chiesto e richiesto.Peccato per la location sia molto curata e accogliente.Ma come si dice:"il troppo...guasta".Grazie per l'applicazione dello sconto.

03/08/2023: Locale spettacolare, peccato il cibo molto scadente, e il servizio pessimo. Ho partecipato a un buffet e i camerieri non lasciavano il tempo di fare il bis, mancanza di beveraggio Peccato per un posto con una vista spettacolare ma il cibo e il servizio da migliorare assolutamente

07/10/2023: Sincèrement très surprise par certains avis ! Accueil très chaleureux malgré le restaurant complet un samedi soir . Table mise sur le bord du lac à l extérieur avec chauffage d appoint ! Premier point positif!!!! proposition de vin plutôt sympathique avec conseil de tagliatelles au cèpes frais et une pizza : les pâtes sont à tomber et la pâte à pizza est excellente et moelleuse ( calzone) second point positif !!!!! , et notre serveur est adorable et à l écoute de nos demandes ! Franchement étant au camping juste à côté nous sommes venue sans grande conviction mais nous sommes ravis de ce dîner ici ! Merci beaucoup

22/09/2023: Dopo un incontro per lavoro siamo andati a pranzo in questa bel ristorante che si trova a qulche km da Verbania . Si trova sul lungolago di un piccolo borgo ed il ristorante ha una visuale impagabile sul lago . Abbiamo fatto piccolo antipasto con pesciolini fritti ,un ottimo vino bianco ,poi abbiamo preso una lasagna di pesce .Dolce e caffe con applina di gelato :tutto eccellente Personale gentile e preparato e prezzi leggermente alti ma comprendono anche l'ottimo panorama (non penso che su tutto il lago ci siano tanti posti del genere) Fanno anche pizza

03/10/2023: Service I gave 4 stars only because there is no longer a restaurant, they only make hotels, very clean rooms, I think the location is the most beautiful in Baveno in addition to the view, beautiful garden plus private beach. Paola, the owner of the hotel, is very helpful and also friendly. Seeing is believing, go there, it's really worth it👍👍👍👍

02/01/2024: Very high level both for food and service. Lake fish "in carpione" at his best. Persico filets as poetry. Some cold air from the windows...but the atmosphere was warm. Ready tobe back.

24/10/2023: Friendly staff. An incredible view of the Borromean Islands. The decor, salmon pink and varnished wood from the 90s, is a little outdated, but it's a change from today's stereotypical hotels.

03/01/2024: SIMPLY UNDERGROUND!! Starting with the service staff...who all ran away when we arrived. Then the waiter....who despite the note didn't manage to serve us the drinks...and certainly not the right drinks. Food was very bad, definitely don't order lasagna!! When making pizza with fresh basil, the basil was simply baked in the oven. Pizza sauce was completely tasteless. After we had the food, the drinks finally arrived!!!!The salad was simply delivered with the meal instead of as a starter. Despite the fact that the food was returned, no questions were asked. So....NEVER AGAIN!!!

14/10/2023: Well what can one say. It's Baveno Italy. Outside of Milan. The last Hall is the the resteaunt inside the Grand Hotel Dino. For a taste of the old country you've found it here. There's no exaggeration when I say it's the best Italian food on the planet. Nothing like the real thing is the real thing. Food here has ingredients that have no preservatives. What a difference that makes. The only word that comes to mind is succulent!!!! Please give this a try, words do not do justice to this fine dining experience. From the accents, the food, the atmosphere of the real old West from it's origins. That's right. Why do you think they call those movies spaghetti westerns. They understand and helped us to forge our identity. We in the U S. Took it from their play book. They are our brothers and family. Great people these Italians really are.

18/09/2023: An exceptional place for deplorable cuisine. It's incredible ! We were expecting a quality restaurant but we came across dishes of very poor quality and very poor taste. A bitter and undercooked endive, Dry and tasteless perch fillet, Passable zucchini… TO FLEE
