The Fassona tartare is really excellent.

11/12/2024: Mangiar bene...tra Giaveno e Trana, in mezzo ad una valletta selvaggia!
Locale molto eccentrico a Giaveno, non immediato da raggiungere. Un plauso alla titolare dell'osteria (nel ruolo di addetta al servizio, oltre che in quello di moglie e consigliera dello chef), simpatica, ospitale e gentile. Menu alla carta, scelta non illimitata ma qualità buona con alcune eccellenze. Tagliolini al tartufo nero, che sicuramente è meno aromatico del bianco delle langhe. Tagliata giustamente al sangue. Risotto sapientemente guarnito, tortino con fonduta più che buono. La Signora della sala fornisce anche due assaggi di antipasti, non ipotizzati. Calice di vino all'altezza. In definitiva una cucina con pretese di originalità e di eccellenza

24/11/2024: An experience to forget...
Bagna cauda evening.....anchovies drowned in oil, lukewarm, in a microscopic bowl, vegetables frozen and insufficient for 4 people, no peppers, celery, and other typical vegetables in bagna cauda, 1 potato, 4 cabbage leaves, 2 carrots cut in half 4 tapinanbur, more potatoes and other syrup requested, bring 2 aluminum bowls half filled with more drowned anchovies in the oil..... Always warm, on the other hand the potatoes were incandescent.
The only positive thing was the decent starter. The bunnet included in the menu was just sufficient, the house wine was mediocre, in short we paid 30 euros each, to eat drowned anchovies and frozen vegetables....Not to mention the freezing place, we ate with a jacket and hat on our heads.... ..left disconsolate and with the feeling of having been unwanted guests.
Never given a 1 to a venue, but this evening was truly a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
I would like to have feedback from the manager at least to know why this treatment.....

14/10/2024: Ci siamo fermati per caso, per mangiare pranzo,hanno due menù fissi uno a €9,50 l’altro 12 € abbiamo mangiato molto bene ci torneremo sicuramente
28/09/2024: Stasera ho ordinato 3 pizze a domicilio, 1 salsiccia+cipolla, 2 salsiccia-zola-peperoni (una bianca), arrivano 2 salsiccia-zola-cip 🤯🤯🤯, chiamo gentili me le rifanno quando arrivano a casa, nella salsiccia-zola-peperoni bianca mancano i peperoni 🤯🤯🤯, due volte sbagliate, bravi complimenti, capisco sbagliare una volta, ma 2/2????????
