10/08/2025: We ordered around 7:30 PM, and the order was confirmed for 8:40 PM. We called the restaurant at 9:00 PM, after a 20-minute delay, to get information, and were told the waiter had left and they'd be arriving shortly. We called at 9:20 PM, after a 40-minute delay, and were told the pizzas were almost ready to go, which made us feel cheated. The pizzas finally arrived at 9:30 PM, 50 minutes late. I find the behavior and handling of the order to be very unfair. I'm sorry to leave this review given the quality of the pizzas, but we definitely won't be ordering again.

16/08/2025: Had a quick, casual lunch. The service was impeccable and above average. Extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was good quality, well above current standards for the Turin province and catering to a mass audience. The restaurant is modern and welcoming, with great attention to detail. The menu focuses on Parma products.

15/08/2025: The food was very good, the first courses were excellent, the Fassona steak was delicious, all typical Emilia Romagna dishes, the staff was very kind and friendly, the atmosphere was spotless...

30/08/2025: A quiet location just outside Alba, this property features a spa, great for camping, and comfortable prefabricated cabins. An outdoor pool is also available.

25/08/2025: Excellent restaurant and pizzeria, plenty of seating, and ample parking. The same building has a swimming pool and soccer fields.

22/06/2025: I didn't use the rooms but the service was very efficient. I ate veal with tuna sauce and the meat was really tender and the sauce balanced: it is a theoretically easy dish but for this very reason it shows the attention to detail. The location is quiet, enhanced by the swimming pool with poolside cocktails for aperitifs and digestives....even if some ingredient is missing it is a bit of a flaw. Convenient and free parking. In general I ate well, the meat dishes, raw or cooked were the right mix of flavors, excellent flan with potatoes, Castelmagno and mushrooms

02/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in 11 persone. La qualità del cibo è davvero buona: piatti ben preparati, ingredienti freschi e sapori curati. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata rovinata dall’organizzazione del servizio: i primi sette di noi hanno ricevuto le portate in tempi ragionevoli, mentre gli altri quattro hanno dovuto attendere circa un’ora prima di essere serviti. Capisco che gestire un tavolo numeroso non sia semplice, ma questa lunga attesa ha creato disagio e ci ha impedito di mangiare tutti insieme. Peccato, perché il prodotto merita davvero, ma il coordinamento tra cucina e sala andrebbe sicuramente migliorato per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza della qualità dei piatti.
