LA LOCANDA DEL CONT

13/10/2025: It was the only one open on Monday in the area, so we went. We had a wonderful time. After a first course (porcini tajarin), a second course (wild boar stew with polenta), and two desserts (an old-fashioned tiramisu and a deconstructed tiramisu), I didn't feel the slightest bit heavy. The bitter finish was remarkable, as was the wine, made from a rare Piedmontese grape. I'll definitely return, highly recommended; the quality of the food is exceptional!

Traditional menu with a touch of innovation.
Everything was excellent, and the service was attentive, even for a guest with food intolerances.
Don't miss the gnocchi alla bava, the braised beef, and the brick for dessert. The homemade bread is a real treat! Thanks to Elena and all the staff.

03/10/2025: My husband and I tried this pizzeria last night for the first time.
The place is very rustic and welcoming.
The staff are excellent, fast, and cheerful, despite the heavy influx of customers.
Several pizza chefs make pizza from the oven, which is clearly visible in the dining room, and I extend my compliments to them!
Our friend Luca Pasca, who brought all his considerable experience with specialty doughs to Grano, stands out.
He delighted us with a tasting of small pizzas, each more delicious and delicious than the last.
The classic pizzas are also very good and fragrant.
Kudos to the owners for their choice of excellent raw materials, from the special flours to the oil and everything else...
What can I say... an excellent experience that we will repeat as soon as possible and which we highly recommend!

30/09/2025: How disappointing!! We couldn't have lunch at this restaurant because they don't allow dogs. I should point out that two weeks earlier they had told me there was no problem, but today a very rude lady, perhaps the owner, told me she didn't like it. In the meantime, I suggest you come to an agreement. Secondly, we are astonished that in 2025 they don't allow dogs, but perhaps rude families incapable of training their children to sit at the table!!!

The pizza is generous and full of ingredients.
The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate customers' needs.
I've never tried the delivery service because it's not useful to me, but I see that the staff is very committed to providing timely service.
Good value for money.

10/09/2025: Upon entering, you immediately notice a large, spectacular fish display. The restaurant is large and has plenty of tables. Lunch on weekdays is very popular, but reservations aren't required.
The menu is quite extensive and varied, even at lunchtime, and you can order dishes directly from your tablet or, if there are several people at the same table, using a QR code on your smartphone.
The service is quick and courteous. Occasionally, a dish may be forgotten, but if you point it out right away, they're always quick to fix it.
Personal highlights: the ravioli are excellent, made with a very thin sheet of pasta that makes them light and incredibly tasty. The nigiri are made with just the right amount of rice. All the accompanying sauces are excellent.
02/09/2025: We were there for the first time and I must say that the restaurant is very nice, the service is fast and the food is good, the prices are normal and the thing that amazed me is that when a table gets up and they take the tablet for the orders, the waiter immediately takes it to the table to clean it before giving it back to another table. Well done.

17/08/2025: Takeout pizzeria near home, where we enjoy pleasant aperitifs with friends. Beer, pizza, and platters of cured meats and cheeses to enjoy on the spot. They also offer takeout and home delivery. I recommend it.

11/10/2025: Excellent selection of à la carte dishes. Given the season, we chose the seasonal mushroom menu (very fresh porcini mushrooms). Excellent wines are also available. Kindness is a hallmark of the restaurant.

27/08/2025: Hopeless. After eating there last year with terrible service (a ridiculous amount of time for a pizza, a hair on the pizza, OPEN fries, wrong orders), we decided to give this pizzeria a second chance. And no, wrong orders, food brought together, both appetizers and pizza, olives on a child's pizza WITH STONES. Maybe let them know, since it's a baby pizza?! Finally, they charge an extra cover charge on the bill, but then they round up the bill! Next time they mention this pizzeria, I'll run away.

22/04/2025: Pranzo di pasquetta in agriturismo, anche se di agriturismo sa poco, è una casa all'interno di un cortile in mezzo ad altre case, senza animali e senza terreno... All'esterno è abbastanza triste e trascurato, mentre all'interno la struttura a volte in mattoni è bella e anche curata nella sua semplicità negli arredi. Personale cortese ma un po' freddo nei modi. Bagni puliti. Carino il tavolo all'ingresso allestito con le decorazioni pasquali. Passando al cibo, menù fisso a 40€: prosciutto crudo tagliato da un fondino un po' stopposo con un bocconcino di mozzarella normale, molto buona invece l'insalatina di pollo nel cestino di pasta fillo, a conti fatti il piatto meglio riuscito del pranzo. Primo, sulla carta, con asparagi e pancetta, ma asparagi non pervenuti, se non qualche sparuto pezzettino capitato in qualcuno dei piatti. Secondo, grigliata, immangiabile: ali di pollo crude, coppa piena di grasso e dal sapore di stantìo, costine come la coppa, spiedini disastrati e composti essenzialmente da pancetta e peperoni. Dolci: per fortuna la fettina di colomba e soprattutto le fragole con gelato erano buone. Mi spiace ma non riesco proprio a dare più di 3 pallini... Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente sbilanciato, sia per il contesto che soprattutto per il cibo
