31/10/2025: Takumi is one of those places where you immediately notice the difference: from the refined yet never pretentious atmosphere to the kindness of the staff who make you feel truly welcome. The sushi is simply excellent—very fresh fish, precisely cut, and always well-balanced pairings. But the real surprise, for me, was the rice: cooked and seasoned to perfection, with that texture and flavor that only those who truly know Japanese cuisine can achieve. It's the detail that makes the difference and demonstrates the attention to detail behind every dish. A restaurant that combines quality, care, and passion. I will definitely be back—in fact, I can't wait!

21/02/2026: Super cool place! I always have lunch there, with joy, on Fridays, and I always feel pampered! They offer fish and meat dishes, sometimes vegetarian and gluten-free! I can even eat gluten-free pasta there because they're well-equipped and attentive. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The atmosphere is lovely; Paloma is a great place to go for lunch, dinner, and aperitivo.

08/12/2025: The pizzas are truly delicious, cooked to perfection and made with fresh ingredients. The dough is light and high-quality. We asked for them to be thin and crispy—and that's exactly what we got! The farinata is also delicious! The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive to the customers' needs. The pizza chef (pictured) is a true professional and very friendly! Recommended!

28/01/2026: The pizza wasn't exactly my cup of tea. It wasn't Neapolitan, and it had too much oil... The atmosphere was very unusual, but when I left, my clothes smelled so bad of food. I won't be back.

27/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria, truly delicious and high-quality. The dough is easy to digest, perfectly crispy. They use coarsely ground flour, and you can taste it! The ingredients, like mozzarella, stracciatella, and so on, are also delicious. Unique desserts; I recommend the chocolate ball with a berry center. Quick and friendly service. Modern and well-kept restaurant, spread over two floors plus outdoor seating. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back!

17/11/2025: I attended a course and found a friendly and professional atmosphere, many speakers, and tastings worthy of a gala dinner, both in terms of menu and generous portions. I recommend them.

22/02/2026: Exorbitant prices for the type of menu. The presentation and flavor of the dishes are zero. The wait times are excruciating: half an hour for drinks, half an hour later for the appetizers, and 40 minutes later, and after a prompt, for the main courses. 1 star because 0 is impossible. Absolutely not recommended.

16/02/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance... and we definitely won't be returning. From the outside, it looks like a club, and not a well-kept one at that. Once inside, it feels like two different places inside. Given the location, we expected much more from a trattoria... at least typical Piedmontese dishes. Unfortunately, the menu has just four dishes, including one typical Piedmontese first course (which wasn't available on a Sunday...), Neapolitan, Roman, and Venetian dishes... I don't understand what all this has to do with the Canavese area. We drank a house wine that was all in all passable... but it wasn't Piedmontese either. We ordered the carbonara (which wasn't really a carbonara), considering the excessive egg white (pale) and overcooked egg... At the till, they at least rounded the bill down. On top of that, the bill was steep considering we even split the appetizer... Disappointing...

22/10/2025: The gelato is delicious 😋 A perfect place for a relaxing break! There are animals and a very large and beautiful green area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have many lactose-free flavors to choose from. I highly recommend it!

04/11/2025: A wonderful place to relax and chat with friends. The atmosphere is comfortable and original, having been converted from an industrial warehouse once owned by Remmert S.p.A. The furnishings are the same ones the workers used during their working days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast here has a retro feel. The space is spacious, and the mezzanine is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a sandwich, a drink, or a good coffee. I highly recommend a visit.
