Despite the establishment officially offering a photocopying service, it seems none of the staff knows how to use the machine (and it's 2026). It's the same old story every time: "The boss isn't here today." I wonder how it's possible that in such a well-established business, the rest of the staff isn't trained to do something that takes thirty seconds. But the most annoying thing is the attitude. As long as you order a coffee or buy a pack of cigarettes, it's all smiles and kindness. As soon as you ask for a photocopy, a service you pay for anyway, the mood changes; they won't even look you in the face and treat you as if you're asking for a personal favor or wasting their time. Professionalism is evident in consistency and in the way they treat all customers, not just those who guarantee a quick and easy profit. If you don't know how or don't want to make photocopies, cancel the service and save time!

18/02/2026: We tried this pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend. We mostly order the pan version. The dough and toppings are excellent, with a wide selection and always on time.

28/01/2026: I tried this pizzeria the other day. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd like to thank the delivery staff, especially a girl named Greta, who, if I'm not mistaken, was super nice and, since I'm pregnant, even walked up four floors just to deliver my pizza. Thank you ❤️

19/05/2026: Nice atmosphere, excellent selection of meats, good starters but room for improvement. The highlight is the grill, and there's a great variety of options. The side dishes are always fresh and the desserts are excellent.

22/03/2026: A wonderful discovery for meat lovers. Tucked away, not on a busy road, but rather in an industrial area next to a nightclub. Parking is a breeze. Huge place, super friendly staff, and, above all, TOP FOOD!

I've never had any major refreshments, and I'm not even a well-known name, so maybe that's the reason for their rudeness. Starting tomorrow, I'm changing bakery!

14/07/2026: I frequent this place quite a bit, and I'm sorry to have to leave this review. Unfortunately, however, the service, compared to the past, is too often subpar. In particular, one of the girls working the coffee machine (with dark hair) is habitually rude and disrespectful toward customers. This isn't an isolated incident, as I've witnessed the same behavior several times, not only toward myself, but toward other customers as well. A smile isn't mandatory, but politeness, courtesy, and respect are, especially in a business that thrives on its customers. It's a real shame to see such a well-known establishment in the center of Rivoli penalized by a welcome that often leaves a feeling of annoyance and bitterness. I hope this report is read by the owners and taken as a starting point for improving the service, because just a little more attention and professionalism would make the experience much better.

30/06/2026: PROS • Excellent food with fairly fast service • The restaurant is very well-maintained, and the outdoor terrace is also very popular. • The air conditioning is great in the summer, and there are no strange smells from the kitchen or bathroom. • Ordering via an intuitive and fast display. • Service with a vibrating number is especially practical during busy hours. CONS • Nearby parking is only paid. • Prices are slightly too high. • Our table was slightly greasy/sticky, not a terrible problem since you eat off a tray, but it could have been avoided.

24/05/2026: We're not there yet. Since the pleasant debut of this new product, there's been a drastic decline in quality, with increasingly poorer and less flavorful toppings. The staff was young and helpful, but they constantly made mistakes and were distracted. I sensed a great deal of superficiality.

12/06/2026: Eleven people. We spent one night at the hotel. We chose the restaurant for its convenience. The staff were pleasant at first. It took 45 minutes to order drinks and another 45 minutes to be served. The dishes arrived piecemeal; the first person served had finished eating before the last was served, and the food was often cold. The staff wasn't as friendly anymore. Avoid it.

08/02/2026: Terrible experience, order placed through JustEat for two pans of pizza to be delivered at 8:30 PM. After several minutes of delay, we called the owner, who informed us that the oven had broken down and that the pizzas weren't ready yet, but would be ready in 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, we called again, and the restaurant owner informed us that the pizzas needed to be taken out of the oven and would be delivered later. Problems can happen, but a serious problem arises when we aren't notified and the owner doesn't do anything to fix or resolve the issue. Otherwise, the pizzas were edible, but nothing special—a real shame, as a little more customer service would have earned us a lot of credit.

13/07/2026: Excellent beers, good food, clean and well-maintained atmosphere. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. I think it's one of the best places in Rivoli to enjoy a good beer and a nice bite to eat with friends.

07/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. There were seven of us and we ordered drinks that, from the menu, we understood were €5 each. When it came to the bill, however, we were charged between €7 and €9 per drink, claiming we had misinterpreted the menu. This unclear situation left us very disappointed. Furthermore, the staff was rude and the service was extremely slow: we had to wait about 30 minutes for four drinks and two sugary treats. Overall, a negative experience both in terms of pricing and the staff's attitude. I don't think we'll be back.

19/12/2025: Shocking! I booked through quando.com with a week's notice. I received a booking confirmation email... This evening I went to the restaurant with a client and... the restaurant was closed! What a fool I made...

15/07/2025: I'm sharing this pleasant and positive experience. It was a real discovery of Piedmontese cuisine. The dishes are delicious and beautiful to look at.
