08/02/2026: Terrible experience, order placed through JustEat for two pans of pizza to be delivered at 8:30 PM.
After several minutes of delay, we called the owner, who informed us that the oven had broken down and that the pizzas weren't ready yet, but would be ready in 15 minutes.
After another 15 minutes, we called again, and the restaurant owner informed us that the pizzas needed to be taken out of the oven and would be delivered later.
Problems can happen, but a serious problem arises when we aren't notified and the owner doesn't do anything to fix or resolve the issue.
Otherwise, the pizzas were edible, but nothing special—a real shame, as a little more customer service would have earned us a lot of credit.

04/12/2025: The pastries are delicious, and the coffee was also decent. It's a shame about the service. When I approached the counter to order, I was asked to pay first. So I did, and was served. Everything seemed fine, except that as the barista came out from behind the counter, he began to shout loudly, so everyone could hear, "Those people didn't pay!" After the third time he repeated it, a colleague of his replied that I had paid her beforehand, as requested. I expected an apology for a gratuitous and unjustified accusation, but one never came. I don't think I'll ever set foot in this place again. Zero respect for the customer!

24/05/2026: We're not there yet. Since the pleasant debut of this new product, there's been a drastic decline in quality, with increasingly poorer and less flavorful toppings. The staff was young and helpful, but they constantly made mistakes and were distracted. I sensed a great deal of superficiality.
11/04/2026: Yesterday I had poke from this place and the experience was terrible. While I was eating, I found a small stone on my plate, which was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was it disgusting, but it was also dangerous: it was so hard that I seriously risked breaking a tooth biting on it.
A mistake like this demonstrates a serious lack of attention to food preparation. I hope you take serious action because situations like this should never happen.

28/01/2026: I tried this pizzeria the other day. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd like to thank the delivery staff, especially a girl named Greta, who, if I'm not mistaken, was super nice and, since I'm pregnant, even walked up four floors just to deliver my pizza. Thank you ❤️

24/12/2025: After ordering two drinks and two coffees, we were given a price at the register, which was immediately adjusted upward by someone else. When I asked for clarification on the cost of each drink, the manager accused me of trying to count his money and waved me off annoyed. "Dear shopkeeper, I wanted to count my own money since you didn't even give me my receipt!"
25/10/2025: The waiter was very rude, but when I say very rude, he was extremely rude and impolite.
I politely asked to move because the lighting in the restaurant was defective, which was blinding the customer and giving him a headache.
He arrogantly and presumptuously replied that we couldn't move because he thought eight people were supposed to arrive but never showed up, and three people were seated instead. I left the table with a terrible headache.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. If I could give zero stars, I would! Obviously, I would have given the service less than five stars, but that's just not possible. It's a shame.

13/09/2025: Excellent products, but rude staff, never a smile or a word... and yet I've been coming here for about two years...
Of course, I almost always just buy the bread. I've never had any major refreshments, and I'm not even a well-known name, so maybe that's the reason for their rudeness.
Starting tomorrow, I'm changing bakery!

What a fool I made...

02/01/2026: Unjustifiably EXPENSIVE bar: 1 soy latte, 1 regular, and 1 small biscuit €8.30. We tried this place today for the first time, but we'll never be returning. I'd like to point out that when we got the receipt, we were asked how we intended to consume (at the counter or at a table), so we immediately assumed it was a mistake when we were told the price, especially since we didn't sit down. The bartenders and cashier confirmed that the price doesn't vary between counter and table, so €3.80 for the soy latte and €3 for the regular one isn't a service charge, but rather the bar's decision to be overpriced, unnecessarily so, given the service and the standard quality of the products. And speaking of service, I applaud the bartender's courtesy and politeness. When I asked for clarification, he addressed my husband like this: "Boss, if you're not happy with it, we'll give you your money back." Excuse me, dear, but who knows you? I suggest a little more respect for the customer. Obviously, not recommended.
30/10/2025: Good breakfast, there's nothing to complain about, but even though the price has increased, for a latte macchiato that costs 3 euros it seems a bit excessive.

27/07/2025: There are countless problems with poke. I consider myself extremely lucky not to have any allergies because cross-contamination is endless. They use the same ladle for different trays; if food falls on the counter, it gets pushed into the trays and mixed with the rest. The quantities are ridiculous for a €15 dish. The difference between the regular and the large seems like only a ton of rice, which isn't even covered by the very small amounts of protein and vegetables. The fish doesn't even taste fresh. Hygiene is beyond comment. Highly discouraged. I will never return.

24/01/2026: Every time, something's missing. I get two Happy Meals and one drive-thru menu, and the Coke on the menu is missing. Last week, a regular burger was missing. I'd say we should be a little more careful, and next time I'm at the drive-thru, I'll carefully check that everything is there! It's not the fact that I paid, but the fact that I eat
the McD without Coke that makes me nervous.

11/06/2026: We haven't been to McD's Drive-Thru for a reason in ages: they're always missing a sandwich, a portion of fries that's on the receipt... after years of not going, we wanted to give it another chance, but no, they can't handle orders of more than two sandwiches... at this point, I don't know if they do it for personal gain...
because it's not possible, after YOU REPEAT the order and everything's there, and then I can't find a product, something's wrong... I ADVISE YOU TO ALWAYS LOOK BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-THRU... Something is definitely missing.
08/06/2026: There is no place to park your car at this McDonald's.

20/01/2026: We ordered takeout pizzas because it was our favorite pizzeria, not realizing they'd kept the name Fermento but added 1976, which wasn't Fermento Gourmet Pizzeria under the previous management. We threw out practically all the pizzas; they were inedible, the sausage was practically raw, the mozzarella wasn't mozzarella, and the mushrooms were abysmal. When we called to ask for an explanation, they hesitated before acknowledging the change of management and didn't even make a gesture to remedy the situation. We tried reporting it to the app we'd used to book. What a shame.
11/01/2026: Inedible pizzas, embarrassing farinata... I won't add anything else.

02/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We went to the drive thru this evening, around 11 pm, there were three of us.
We ordered two Happy Meals, a saver menu with a double cheeseburger, and a nugget deal. We'd chosen the one with the 4-piece nugget, but when we got to the counter to pay, we politely asked if we could exchange it for the 6-piece nugget, which cost €3.80. After this request, the girl at the counter started huffing and puffing, and the guy behind her (Alessandro) loudly exclaimed, "Oh, but these guys can't handle it," as if our request were incredibly absurd. The truth? They didn't feel like exchanging the products because the bag was already ready, not even time to pay. Do you know why the bag was already ready? Because they've had the products ready for hours, confirmed by the fact that the sandwiches were hard and crunchy like biscuits. The double cheeseburger we ordered without cucumbers was one of the pre-made ones, because when we opened it, we noticed the cucumbers had been removed from the already melted cheese, probably to keep it warm. They didn't succeed; it was cold. When the bag was thrown to us in the car, with much grumbling, we obviously checked and realized we'd been given two Actimels instead of one Actimel and one Parmesan, which we'd specifically asked the girl for. Once we pointed this out, the very annoyed girl called the manager, who arrogantly yelled and assured us she'd thrown it to the bottom of the bag. This explains everything.
Unless we're magicians, the two Actimels we showed them didn't appear on their own. The whole thing was resolved by them trying to sell us off by giving us one Parmesan. So we ended up with two Actimels and one Parmesan. Too bad for them; we were just trying to be polite. When we got home, we noticed that the complimentary sauce from the famous 6-piece nuggets (mayonnaise) was missing. So, moral of the story, if you like surprise dinners peppered with insults, this is the place for you. I also work in the same job and have never allowed myself to behave like this!!
30/09/2025: Every time I go to McDonald's in Rivoli, something is always missing from my order. It's really frustrating having to double-check every time you pick up the bag, because if you don't, you're going to end up with a scam. Tonight, I didn't have time to check, and the nuggets were missing. Several times, I've stopped in my car to double-check, and even though it was their mistake, they even had the nerve to ask me for my receipt and act annoyed. Besides losing food, I also lose money: if only I had at least one of them... It can't be possible that this happens so often; a little more attention should have been paid.
