08/06/2025: I have never written a review in my life but this time I will do my best... due to a swelling of the wood of a table, a full pint of beer tilts and falls.... no big deal, the very kind waitress apologizes for the table and brings me another one at my request. When paying, I am charged and I ask if it was discounted (not so much for the 6 euros which fortunately do not change my life and I believe not even the owner but to test his kindness since it is the first, and last, time I go there). The waitress asks the manager who replies "we didn't knock it over, it's your problem". Thinking he was joking, I reply smiling "oh well, the table was crooked!" and I hear him say "it was already like that before" (pity it was covered by the placemat, but whatever, details). The waitress apologizes to me embarrassed several times and I pay, of course, without batting an eyelid and in rigorous silence in the face of incompetence, arrogance and rudeness. Basically if you want to go there, be careful with the tables and don't spill anything or be willing to pay without arguing....or go somewhere else, which would probably be better....🤣🤣🤣 Terrible

05/06/2025: Nice place, well organized and well managed. Super chill style and environment. Excellent and fast service, kind and polite staff. Only flaw: I order the plant-based version of the bacon burger, happy that there is a vegan option on the menu (yay!). Too bad that, at the first bite, the bacon was real... erm, not a very welcome surprise for a vegan. Human error, of course, and fortunately the waitress was very kind: she apologized with courtesy and professionalism. Her attitude was truly appreciable! I understand that the choice to offer fewer veg options is a management issue, but if a dish is indicated as vegan, it is essential that it really is. It is not just a food preference: for many it is an ethical choice, and trusting the menu should be the basis. Will I return? Maybe yes, precisely for the humanity and kindness of the staff. But I hope that next time the bacon stays where it belongs.

28/06/2025: I was there for work, to go to IKEA, the location is strategic but also to get to the center of Turin where we went to dinner, satisfied.

22/06/2025: All in all a nice hotel. I reported at midnight that the music was too loud, asking to turn it down (since I pay after), to be able to rest, but this did not happen, I find it totally disrespectful, in addition to the fact that at that time there were fireworks, but up until then I did not say anything. On the shower tray a nice crack and for safety reasons they should not have given me this room, plus I am in a wheelchair and the risk increases even more, so much so that sitting on a chair the crack has increased even more. You draw your own conclusions, but I really do not think I will return to sleep here

29/06/2025: Pizzas not bad but terrible service. They have the Satispay sticker in the window but they don't accept Satispay. I ordered a diavola pizza, reported that it was missing, they told me that "the salami is under the mozzarella, otherwise it would have burned" (great excuse for the originality). Too bad I was there to pick them up and I had cut them (they couldn't) seeing very well that it wasn't there. And nothing....ate margherita but paid for a diavola.

09/06/2025: We ordered 6 take-out pizzas and went to pick them up ourselves. The bill? Over 60 euros. A completely unjustified price for pizzas that to call poor is a compliment. Very thin, miserably topped: the tomato sauce was so little that in many places you could clearly see the dough, and the rest of the ingredients were barely there. As if that wasn't enough, the crust was burnt. A real disaster. We will never go back and we will strongly advise against this place to anyone.

13/04/2025: Never again!!!! Pan pizza diameter 18/20 cm ...€9?????...margherita pizza I ate it...below average quality...at a certain point I felt like vomiting, first and last time.

27/04/2025: We have been several times for breakfast, but the dislike of the owner and the staff always remains the same, a shame because the place is nice and the desserts are good, even if the fruit cakes we got this morning were not fresh that day but from the day before. Definitely high prices, and little, or rather little space to move around with children.

11/03/2025: What can I say!!!! very pleasant pastry shop, more than welcoming environment, friendly staff and then what you can taste is heavenly for your taste buds!!!
