09/02/2026: A customer for several years... I've always had a good experience... but last week I took takeaway, the family tray wasn't like usual. The mozzarella seemed different in my opinion since I've been taking it for several years... even the ingredients didn't seem to be top notch as usual... last week the menu changed with prices a little high but if the quality is there it can also be accepted... but if I spend 32 euros for a tray of pizza I expect at least the best since on average it costs around 23/25 euros...

The pizza was indeed delicious, we could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the light dough, well done, simple but full of flavor, and feels very fresh. Even the dessert was interesting and a bit different from what you usually find — a nice touch that shows attention to detail. Overall, it’s a great spot if you enjoy good food made with care, and want something a bit more refined. That was our second interesting experience and I'd like to come back for more!

24/02/2026: Unfortunately I can't comment on the restaurant because I've never tried it, I go there only and specifically for the coffee, I even go out of my way to go there because they are so kind and professional that it's a real pleasure in addition to the fact that my "foamed" glass is truly the best!

15/11/2025: ⭐ Il Vecchio Macello ⭐ A welcoming, well-kept restaurant with a truly unique open kitchen. The dishes are tasty and beautifully presented, using fresh, carefully selected ingredients. Don't miss the chef's zabaglione, which is not on the menu: served with apples, cinnamon, and crumble, it's a dessert that wins you over at first bite. Adjacent to the dining room is a small wine cellar with special wines and spirits; even if you're not a connoisseur like me, you'll be expertly guided in your selection! Antonio creates delicious recipes and is always super-responsible. He manages the kitchen and dining room with great professionalism and a careful eye for each guest. An experience worth repeating. 🍷✨

01/03/2026: Very disappointing. Surprise bag is a far cry from that. I'm sincerely disappointed. Out of 4 orders, including 2 singles and 1 double, I've had almost nothing but bread and 4 croissants. Not even their own products, but those from another pastry shop in Orbassano, which I won't name. I say this because the shop is well stocked with a variety of items. Why just bread? I also want to add that the Surprise bag is prepared the day before, not on the spot like all the other participating shops do. I'd just call yours a strategy. (Crafty,)

29/01/2026: Good food, lovely outdoor seating, fair prices, it has everything you need for a great evening with friends. 24/1/2026 I can confirm the food is good and the place is nice, especially outdoors in the summer. Unfortunately, the service we received was subpar. We booked for four for the 7:30 PM session with a request to vacate the table by 9:30 PM. We arrived on time, and the table wasn't ready. A new one was quickly prepared with the addition of two chairs taken from outside, frozen. A round table was set up, leaning against the wall, so four of us practically sat around half the circumference. As soon as we sat down, we were told we had to vacate the table by 9 PM!!! From then on... service directly from the kitchen with a funnel. That's not how it's done! We cleared the table at 9:20 PM, after recovering with a very long dessert and coffee... so we could get through the appetizers and first courses that were shoved down our throats. This isn't right... it's not done like this. Because of the service, I'm revising my overall rating. Oh... I forgot... they didn't have Florentine steak... only one sitting on a Saturday night... who knows...

30/09/2025: A truly excellent place in Orbassano and the surrounding area, especially the food. Vilma makes truly excellent dishes. We've become loyal customers, but it's a shame that for several evenings we haven't been able to contact the place to book a table.
