07/12/2024: I ordered some panzerotti for me and my family... delicious, too bad they were COLD. I called the pizzeria to report that I had to heat the panzerotti in the microwave, without asking for any type of refund and the girl on the phone was quick to reply that it doesn't say that they have to give them to you hot. Nobody expects the panzerotti to be made on the spot but at least let them know that they needed to be reheated, luckily I ate at home and not out and about.
