19/02/2025: Romantic escape package with one night stay in a prestige suite. Despite the potential, it is absolutely not worth the EXPENSE (520 euros)! Beautiful location, but very neglected. Poor spa and in need of a lot... a lot of maintenance. Changing rooms worse than the worst municipal swimming pool, with old lockers that do not close. Little of everything, saunas, hydromassages... Water and sauna temperatures not indicated outside. Two minimal relaxation rooms, cold and without an essence and lacking in comfort. Outrageous herbal tea area.... a miserable hot herbal tea with a dubious flavor, vaunted corner of fresh fruit ABSENT, two jugs of water with lemon and oranges of no flavor. Plastic glasses wrapped in plastic! Swimming pool on the floor - 1 very neglected and very dirty, needs a major renovation. Awful fitness area. Pleasant sensory path thanks to the nice and competent boy as well as the 25 minute massage. Absolutely insufficient cleaning: cobwebs, dust from many days everywhere, dirty bottom of the pools, especially the indoor one. Breakfast without quality products, neither praise nor infamy, automatic machine for dispensing drinks, like in two-star hotels for workers. Dinner at the wine shop very good, with quality products and with kind and friendly staff.... The best aspect of the place! The room, despite being a prestige suite, is cold and aseptic, without a kettle, mini bar, safe and additional pillows. Cold and uninterested reception staff. Unfortunately nothing reminded me of the word luxury, which should distinguish a 4-star hotel. Non-existent quality/price ratio... Worth exactly half of what I spent. Parking on the roadside access to the castle and in the mud. What can I say... Improve or significantly lower the prices.

18/02/2025: I was at an eighteenth in November... shameful service... poor waiters and food and then the shameful closing at midnight... today they suggested I go back for an event... Honestly not. I will never go back there again
