A truly perfect experience! About a week before our stay, they notified us via WhatsApp that the indoor pool would be undergoing maintenance, but upon our arrival, they were super kind and offered us a free upgrade to a suite with an in-room jacuzzi. We then tried the sensory experience with Luigi, which was truly fantastic: from the spa to the Turkish bath, to the stone walk and the bell ringing experience, everything was meticulously planned. This part also deserves a 10 out of 10. We also had a couples massage with Barbara and Giovanni, both super professional and attentive, a relaxing and top-notch experience. The service outside the spa was impeccable, too: we forgot our slippers and they provided them for free, and they offered us a flute of wine with appetizers as an aperitif, a truly appreciated gesture. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!

We stayed at the property three days ago with a romantic escape package. Everything lived up to expectations, even though the indoor pool was temporarily closed for renovations (which we were informed of well in advance). We also enjoyed dinner at the wine bar. This is the third time we've chosen this property for a relaxing getaway, and it's always been a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back.

Today we went to the Castello di Montaldo spa and it was a wonderful experience! We recommend the Guided Tour, because it allows you to manage your time better and enjoy every moment to the fullest. The massage was spectacular, truly the icing on the cake! Emanuela and Domenico, thank you! Thanks to all the staff, true professionals.

We visited this magnificent place today for a relaxing day in the spa with a multi-sensory experience... what can I say, the service was impeccable. Domenico, who accompanied us on the experience, was super professional and made us feel incredibly relaxed! The staff was incredibly kind to us, the place is surrounded by nature, beautiful, and the tubs outside are magical... for couples, it's a celebration of love. Absolutely top-notch!

The spa needs a lot of improvement. The pool feels like being on inflatables in an amusement park. The rubber coverings lift and float. The staff is excellent and very friendly, especially Sara, who welcomed us on the third floor. She was professional and kind. My compliments also go to Roberto, who guided us through the process.

Everything was beautiful! I was here for my hen party, we had a wonderful time at the spa, where Christian looked after us with courtesy and professionalism, as did all the other staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXPERIENCE!!!
