29/05/2025: By far my most enjoyable and interesting stop. It sits at the top of a small ski mountain. There were a group of workers having a nice lunch. I had just finished a 14km hike and stopped in for a bite to eat. The host was very pleasant and helpful, pointing out the items they had that day. I went there for the gulash and it was on the menu. It was outstanding and good sized. I finished it off with a local excellent beer and too much bread.

15/03/2025: Today I took two portions of ravioli carbonara to take away.
Perfect punctuality, generous portions, the ravioli were sensational both in appearance and in taste: the filling and the fondue sauce were abundant.
I also really like the informal but refined environment and Stefania and Michel are two young but very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming guys.
09/03/2025: Beautiful small welcoming place with a lit fireplace, perfect service, beautiful dishes, good and different from the usual, truly compliments.

04/05/2025: We chose Agriturismo la Coustera for my birthday dinner. Having never tasted bagna cauda and having read excellent reviews about the one made here, we were very curious to try it, but once there we discovered that we had to request it in advance. The owner, seeing the displeasure in our eyes, prepared it on the spot just for us... what can I say, he was very kind and we confirm that his bagna cauda is truly excellent as is his entire menu. Beautiful and hospitable environment, highly recommended!

Very helpful staff, room with several seats. Seating outside!

21/12/2024: A place stolen from the doing, not an island but a sheltered corner from which to observe the agitation, a little further on. Good choice of wines, appetizers made with care, fair prices.
20/11/2024: I was unpleasantly disappointed by the owner's treatment, after sitting at the table with some of my friends who rightly drank wine, having to forcibly abstain for serious medical reasons, I still decided to stay with them and out of respect I tried to order a coke a bit jokingly, without saying a word and looking at me with contempt (perceived by all my friends) he goes to see but he didn't have any, I order a water and he brings me a bottle of water without a glass. Obviously I already felt a little uncomfortable, plus I have serious medical problems, feeling treated in this way really disappointed me, a terrible impression not only with me but with the whole table... The owner doesn't know me and I could very well have been an ex-alcoholic or a person with health problems (as in my case) or simply a teetotal person who wanted to have an aperitif with his friends, in any case a person who deserves respect

Avevamo deciso di mangiare la Paella con alcuni amici e visto il volantino su internet abbiamo deciso di provare questo posto.
Intanto, per la ristorazione il locale dovrebbe essere più luminoso invece sembra una classica birreria ( con tanto di TV )
La cena è iniziata con un tagliere misto che non aveva nulla di cattivo ( comunque mediocre ) ma sembrava una raccolta di tutto quanto disponibile in cucina al momento.
Arrivata la paella, arrivata la delusione.. riso molto scotto e brodoso con frutti di mare mollicci e che non si riusciva neanche a sgusciarli. Sembravano tutte cose precotte ( da molto tempo ) e buttate insieme all’ultimo minuto.
I dolci come il vino ( una bottiglia ) erano i soliti dozzinali da supermercato, la sangria invece era una qualche diluizione rossa con pezzetti di frutta fresca.
Prezzo 38 euro a testa !
Mi spiace ma pur consapevole di essere andato in una trattoria da paese con 38 euro si mangia molto meglio in almeno il 90% di locali analoghi della stessa zona
11/09/2024: Pessimo. Abbiamo aspettato più di 40 minuti per un primo e due hamburger freddi e immangiabili. Gli abbiamo chiesto di riscaldarceli sono arrivati come prima. Lasciate perdere… ho dato una stella in quanto di meno non si può.

Il Monte Bianco è strepitoso.
Da consigliare anche ai vegetariani.

Siamo andati più volte e il proprietario è sempre mediamente antipatico, spesso rasenta la scortesia
Probabilmente perché nei dintorni non c è né un'altra sempre aperta😏

Il gelato è buono, i gusti proposti sono tanti, alcuni stagionali.
Superlativo il "persi pien".
I prezzi, nota positiva, non sono lievitati come altrove.
Davanti ci sono anche delle panchine per consumare sul posto.
Hanno anche il cono per i bambini a 1,50.
Bravi !!!

Ottimo pranzo, semplice, di buona qualità, ottimo prezzo.
