02/04/2025: What a great discovery on a gray day... I enter for lunch by chance, and I am immediately warmed by the environment... Beautiful background music, a heart-warming location, from the tables to the chairs, the fireplace is fabulous. Upon entering I see the counter and next to it a vintage sideboard with various liquors and bottles, which make me understand that I am turning my day around. And then of course the dishes arrive: lasagna with turnip top pesto of unique refinement and delicacy, Fassone tartare and a beautiful homemade Russian salad from a Piedmontese grandmother... And then I let myself be convinced to have the homemade panna cotta... I really felt like the critic of Ratatouille, I became a child again, absolutely to try at least once... if I pass by Favria again, I will definitely come back. Thank you and keep it up, the afternoon will certainly be a nice afternoon 😉... I want to stop by in the evening to enjoy the wine bar side...
