12/02/2024: With some friends from Turin, I organized a dinner where the main protagonist was Fritto Misto Piemontese. On the advice of work colleagues I booked on Saturday evening 10th February at this Trattoria, which I didn't know, even though it wasn't far from my home.
The evening began with a good aperitif, including Prosecco, and then two light and well-made appetizers
Then we started to attack the Fritto Piemontese, which I must say was well made, not greasy, both the salty and sweet parts were easily digestible, the quantity was more than abundant
Well done, very good, we were all fully satisfied

27/08/2023: Il menù presenta scelte di vario tipo, noi abbiamo optato per un aperitivo: un Hugo (5€) e un analcolico dai sentori agrumati (5€) + 4€ di tagliere con noci, arachidi, assaggini di insalata di pasta, fesa di tacchino con philadelphia, tarallini, patatine, bruschette… Molto interessante, ci è piaciuto tutto.

28/04/2024: What to say?? We don't go often but every time we find ourselves having dinner in this place we can only say that we had a great time!!
The food is great not to mention the wine.
The waiters are all super kind and my compliments this time go to Diana!!
She was impeccable, super helpful with any request but above all we appreciated the fact that we chatted with her not just as simple customers.
I have always liked this place and we have never found anything negative.
Congratulations to everyone!!
21/04/2024: I certainly wasn't expecting exceptional meals, given the company agreements to have dinner every evening with colleagues, but the food was inedible and the manager treated us like rags, with rudeness and aggressive responses every day.
One dinner lasted about 30 minutes which already suggests his rush to send us away, with first and second courses coming out at the same time.
I think he should take a professionalism course, since a regular customer, even if with corporate discounts, should be pampered more, given that he occupies a table even during the week when the place has fewer customers.
Having said that, I still reserve positive words for the girls who work there, very kind and aware of the treatment that the manager reserved for us.

Cream for 1 euro is a real steal! I don't think I will return, in the neighboring towns there is just as much variety and more friendliness

13/11/2023: Mi chiedo come si faccia a proporre un menu "tuttomele",quando le mele son praticamente ridotte a qualche spicchio qua e là sui piatti che vengono serviti....
Or bene,non ho la pretesa di ritrovare le mele dall'antipasto al dolce cucinate nella ricetta, mi sembra però alquanto "riduttivo" e non proprio onesto,proporre un menu "tuttomele" quando di mele come detto ci sono solamente qualche pezzetto come "cornice".
Peccato,perchè il locale è veramente bello,curato e con una posizione strategica,quindi mi sarei aspettato altrettanto dalla cucina.
Quindi la serata prevedeva:
Un "misero" trittico come antipasto(vitello tonnato mediocre,3 fettine di lonza di maiale ed un cucchiaio di giardiniera),oltretutto serviti in un unico piattone..
Due assaggi di primo(agnolotti di borragine e dei cannelloni quasi "carbonizzati") ,i quali mai avrei servito essendo la cucina una mia grande passione ...(e non solo)....
Come secondo,una coppa di maiale senza alcun gusto.
Ma in tutto ciò,"mela" non pervenuta!
Bavarese "di mela"(anonima) ed una frittella "di mela" pastellata oltretutto male.
Vino compreso,prezzo 35 euro.
Eccessivo per ciò che ci hanno servito,ormai in certi ristoranti di Cqvour la settimana "tuttomele" è diventata una ghiotta occasione per fare cassa.
Servizio cordiale a volte persino eccessivo nella descrizione dei piatti vista la cucina non proprio all'altezza per godere di questo "trattamento" ....
Come locale avrebbe grandi margini di miglioramento che non sanno sfruttare o meglio far "fruttare" al meglio..........
3 pallini.........per il bel locale,ma per il cibo sarebbero stati anche solo 2......
Giudicate voi....chissà,magari da provare in una serata "normale"...ma ho dei forti dubbi...

18/02/2024: Questo posto è il classico esempio per chi pur di spendere poco chiude tutti gli occhi (qui non sono a mandorla).Pensata molto bene dal titolare che ad un prezzo medio basso ti fa mangiare di tutto con una qualita dello stesso livello e se ne frega pure delle recensioni negative ,tanto lui 200 coperti senza ricevuta fiscale ogni domenica li fa,a meno che non abbia delle agevolazioni che io non so.Devo sottolineare l'OTTIMO servizio ben organizzato che a detta di tanti non è all'altezza ,ma io mai visto tanti camerieri correre per 3 ore di fila e pure gentilissime.Vorrei solo consigliare al cuoco di non usare piu il Selenia 5w30 ma il meno invecchiato Motul 0W40 per friggere questo famoso fritto misto poco piemontese(mancavano le cervella e le animelle).Non costa poi tanto di piu'E poi il caffe della Moka non si puo' vedere.Meno male che non avevo il cane.
Se non sbaglio è pure una fattoria didattica, a detta di mia moglie che portava i bambini anni fa.

io vengo spesso a pranzo. la cucina è buona. oggi mi sono recato per pranzare, ma la struttura è chiusa per ferie fino al 2 febbraio. Mi pare proprio non ci sia poco rispetto per i clienti...ho fatto 20 km per niente.... ma vi costa tanto inserire sul web che siete chiusi per ferie?

29/01/2024: Pranzo veloce dopo un torneo di scherma di nostra figlia e siamo rimasti. Loro contenti sia del cibo che della cortesia sia dei titolari che del personale di sala. Sicuramente torneremo…
12/11/2023: Siamo stati oggi 12/11/2023 a pranzo. Mi ero assicurato telefonicamente sulla velocità del servizio, essendo andati a Cavour per tuttomele, non per stare seduti attorno ad un tavolo ad aspettare le portate. Il menù era fisso a 38 € più bevande. L'entree , gli antipasti e il primo nella norma, il secondo ( petto d"anatra con tortino di carote), invece, è stato da attendere circa un'ora, ma non basta... ci è stato servito "al sangue", veramente improponibile! Preciso che è stata servita a fette (tipo tagliata) e la mancanza di cottura era ben visibile anche ad uno sguardo superficiale. Ma è mai possibile che uno chef che vorrebbe essere quotato non sappia che il pollame DEVE SEMPRE ESSERE BEN COTTO ANCHE A CUORE? Possibile che non conosca le tecniche di cottura per evitare di renderlo asciutto ma ben cotto? Unica nota a favore del locale è per la cameriera che si è limitata a prendere atto dei due disguidi GRAVI dichiarandosi non a conoscenza , mentre la responsabile del locale si è astenuta da ogni commento, limitandosi ad incassare il dovuto senza neppure informarsi sul grado di soddisfazione dei propri clienti. Forse aveva immaginato quale sarebbe stata la risposta.... Anche questo comportamento si commenta da sé.
