26/05/2025: Eravamo di passaggio e ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria sperando di trovare una cucina casalinga a prezzi economici visto e considerato il posto molto datato. Invece prezzi alti e qualità e porzioni scadenti. Non consigliato.

06/08/2024: I'm celebrating my 40th birthday, 40 people... they put me in a plastic tent, with plastic tables and chairs... we ate well (the chef was a great friend of mine, Vito), the room attendants were cheerful but we get to the bill: 25 euro each for 5 small appetizers, 2 slices of roast (very good) and 5 pieces of baked potatoes.. I brought the ice cream cake from outside, they took it out for 1 hour before and everything was resolved, 70 euros for the cake cut (they hadn't specified before). We paid with the guests disconcerted by the behavior. Not recommended Disappointed...everyone!

27/04/2025: Easter Monday lunch 2025, booked without having read the reviews because we were very satisfied with the Easter 2024 lunch. And we were very wrong not to check them: I should have understood that something had changed when I was asked to pay the amount of the entire lunch (for 8 adults and 1 child) at least 1 week before the event (while for Easter 2024 we were asked for a 30% deposit). Let's start by saying that, as soon as we arrived, no one came to welcome us or show us where to sit: we recognized our relatives who had preceded us and headed to the table. Shortly afterwards, while the dining room staff was removing the plates for the appetizer (the platter of cold cuts and cheeses) from the other tables, we pointed out that nothing had been served to us: so in the shortest possible time we were served the appetizer (and I'm not sure if it was the complete one: we only received 2 types of cheese and as cured meats coppa and mortadella, I find it very strange there weren't any hams... but this is just a hypothesis, obviously I didn't have the opportunity to verify the thing). Secondly, the "rich grill" - i.e. the highlight of the lunch - was served in a disorganized and disorganized manner: the sliced ​​meat arrived cold and inedible, the salad was served to us when the meat was finished (and mine didn't even have the yellow cherry tomatoes cut, while those of the version with the red cherry tomatoes were cut), part of our table never received the chips, the second course was missing from the children's menu for a long time and we had to request it several times to the dining room staff. I hope that for some (obscure) reason our table was the "unlucky" one compared to all the others, but unfortunately I have to point out that I found myself rather embarrassed with my relatives (who were visibly and understandably dissatisfied) and also with the dining room staff, on whom we tried not to pour out our complete dissatisfaction because they were all in obvious difficulty and - some more, some DEFINITELY less, bordering on rudeness - were trying to do their best. I would like to point out that I complained via email directly on site, and at that point our table was treated with all due respect, complete with extra service of desserts and drinks - something I didn't appreciate: I would have preferred service adequate to what I was asked to pay in advance, rather than preferential treatment after a complaint. However, I learned a lesson, or rather two: first of all, if something makes me turn up my nose (the payment required in advance) I have to trust my instincts, and secondly, ALWAYS read the most up-to-date reviews, because things can change from one year to the next.
