22/09/2025: The pizzeria is truly lovely: it's located in the center of Melezet, right near the church. The interior is decorated in a rustic mountain style, a warm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere that I find particularly romantic. Perhaps it's because the warm lighting at night creates a very evocative atmosphere. We had the pizza, which we loved: good, tasty, and with a distinctive flavor reminiscent of the mountains. Perhaps it's also due to the water, which is truly excellent here. The owner is a friendly, kind, and always available person—he always has been. I've been there often over the past few summers and continue to happily return, partly for convenience and partly because I really like the pizza. The prices are truly reasonable. The only thing to consider is the opening hours: they don't have consistent opening hours year-round, so it's always best to call ahead. 05/09/2025: A truly excellent bar and restaurant, in a truly stunning location in the summer with loungers for sunbathing or on the slopes for skiing! The food is truly delicious, and the waiters are incredibly kind and knowledgeable!

I had a disgusting strudel, but after telling them about it, they crossed it off the bill and responded politely, very loyal to the client! I want to come back.

01/09/2025: In Bardonecchia on a family vacation, we were fortunate to stumble upon this very quaint and pleasant little place. Spartan and minimalist in its finishes (typical of a mountain cabin), it's perfectly in keeping with the town. The furnishings are classic tones, and the small paintings and other items on the walls are very picturesque and make the place warm and welcoming. The owners, both Mr. and Mrs. Antonio, are extremely kind and helpful with their customers. Customers are served with a smile and treated with kindness. The service is quick. The portions are extremely generous. You can choose from daily tourist menus, which vary daily, very comprehensive and extremely reasonably priced at €15: first course, second course, side dish, unlimited water, a glass of wine, and coffee. Alternatively, you can opt for a classic à la carte menu, which is both qualitatively and economically extremely reasonable. All this combines traditional dishes from the Northwest with typical dishes from Southern Italy. I assure you that for lovers of home-cooked, rustic, and traditional cuisine, it will be a pleasure for the palate and a fabulous discovery for others. Last but not least, you can delight in a pizza that will make you feel like you're walking through the streets of... Caserta...

07/10/2025: I've eaten at Waikiki countless times, both for lunch and dinner, as a couple or with friends, and I've always had a great time. I've tried various dishes, and the quality is always high. There's plenty of outdoor seating. Inside, there's a covered terrace with a lovely upstairs dining area. The menu is well-designed: there are various options, but not too many, which ensures that every dish arrives fresh and carefully prepared. Good pizza, tasty meat dishes, and truly delicious desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the location, right in Melezet, is perfect after a day in the snow or a hike at high altitude. During busy periods, especially in summer, there may be delays, but with a view like this, it's even nice to wait a little longer. I usually make a reservation. A place I always love to return to: recommended.

16/09/2025: We stayed in this chalet for three days and were completely satisfied. The property only offers B&B service because the restaurant has closed, which is a shame because they say it used to be excellent. The room for four is well-kept and spotlessly clean, with a large mezzanine for two single beds that avoids the "camper" effect, and a small balcony overlooking the mountains. The chalet is easily accessible, just three minutes from the center of Bardonecchia, and has free parking right in front. The breakfast was excellent, with the highlight being the truly unmissable homemade cakes. Amedeo is a delightful host, extremely kind and full of advice on activities, excursions, and local spots.

15/09/2025: It is located on the hills of Bardonecchia, about 1.5-2 km from the town centre. Convenient parking, clean rooms and a very helpful owner.
