After a 25-minute wait for a quart of wine, after politely asking if it was coming, we received a snarky response from the waiter, who turned around and said, "We're not in the operating room." It's truly absurd to see people like that working. We got up and went to Cheers, a whole other level. Thanks for introducing us to Cheers 😆

Well-leavened dough, exquisite pizza!
14/12/2025: We went for dinner with friends. The place is intimate and simple. The welcome was truly excellent, making us feel at home. We opted for a mixed antipasto and pizzas. All the ingredients are excellent quality and accompanied by warm focaccia. The pizzas are very good and with sophisticated combinations. The desserts are homemade (we tried tiramisu and apple pie, which were very good). Prices are reasonable. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

27/12/2025: What a disappointment 😔. I've been a customer at Osteria del Paluc for many years, where I've celebrated many special occasions for my family with joy and excellent food. Unfortunately, the hospitality and cuisine are no longer what I remembered... Perhaps Christmas lunch isn't the right occasion to evaluate a restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was a huge disappointment. Cold appetizers "from the fridge"... cold and dry roast meat presented as if it were stewed with a spoon, accompanied by cold, unseasoned white polenta... oh well!!! What a shame.

31/01/2025: frittomisto pesantissimo,nero con un'impanatura secchissima,tipo palle da golf. Inoltre i 16 tipi di fritto sono serviti tutti insieme ,per cui...quando si mangia il sesto pezzo e' gia' tutto freddo.
25/12/2024: Riunione di famiglia, tutto benissimo, Albese è la più buona che io abbia mangiato, il fritto misto eccezionale, Tagliolini ai funghi super, e un bunet che non ha eguali

30/11/2023: Il signore che ci ha accolti molto gentile,camera pulita.Nota negativa no bancomat (ti avvisano ma nel 2023.....),no listino prezzi per vino ecc,cena servita rigorosamente alle 1 9.Forse un po' prestino
17/09/2023: Ottimo pranzo domenicale per festeggiamenti compleanno in famiglia.
Molto gustosi i vari antipasti di salumi, tortino di zucchine, tomini con gelatina di pomodoro e frittatina con salsiccia.
Il bis di primi con pasta fatta in casa e sughi saporiti e delicati (gnocchi al ragu o con sugo ai funghi ed agnolotti al sugo d’arrosto) è stato davvero eccellente e dai sapori casalinghi.
Molto buono anche la rollatina di pollo con patate al forno per secondo.
Non abbiamo provato i dolci avendo portato la torta di compleanno ma il sorbetto era molto buono.
Menu da €30 a testa quindi molto abbondante ed assolutamente adeguato.
Gentilezza dei titolari fuori dal comune e location immersa nel verde della collina torinese sotto Superga.
Torneremo sicuramente!
