02/11/2025: We sat down at our table at 1:15 PM, and after 15 minutes they came to take our order. After another 10 minutes, they told us that what we ordered was out of stock. At 2:45 PM, they still hadn't brought our food.
We left with empty stomachs.
Unbelievable and indecent!!!
26/10/2025: Very good place, typical Piedmontese cuisine. Top service, the staff are super friendly. It's also ideal for children, as there's parking next door.

However, the music was much too loud for comfortable conversation.
The pasta tasted okay, but the portions were rather small.
The young staff was friendly, but a bit hectic – plates were cleared away even though we were still eating. There's still room for improvement.

29/10/2025: Overpriced for what they offer, ordinary croissants, zero service.
$3.50 for a cappuccino, and you even have to carry it to the table on a tray. It's just a money-wasting bar.
25/10/2025: Definitely good, but incredibly expensive: three croissants and two soy cappuccinos cost €19, which is understandable, but for €19, it's unthinkable that there's no service and you'll just be handed a tray like in a cafeteria.
Given the prices, I expected a similar level of service from such a prestigious name.

27/04/2025: Negozio carino, in linea con gli altri della catena. Vendono cioccolato, caffetteria e anche gelato. I prodotti sono buoni, ma niente di sorprendente se si conosce già Lindt. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti, soprattutto considerando che il gelato è nella norma: buono ma non particolarmente diverso da quello di altre gelaterie. Nel complesso un posto piacevole per una pausa veloce durante lo shopping, senza grandi aspettative.

05/04/2025: È risaputo che se vai negli outlet e vuoi mangiare qualcosa spendi tanto e spesso la qualità è un po’ scarsa. Qui vale solo la prima considerazione (spendi tanto) ma i due club sandwich erano buonissimi.
