Honestly, it tasted like a microwaved meal, both in quality and presentation. I ended up eating it only because I was hungry. I later expressed my disappointment again, but the response I received was simply, "You should have told me," despite having told them just minutes earlier. No apology, nor any real interest in making amends. It's a shame, because the overall appearance of the hotel is good, and I had a pleasant stay.
