18/05/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Bric Bike Grill questa sera e non posso che dare una valutazione al 100%. La professionalità e la cortesia nel processo di prenotazione sono state impeccabili. L’accoglienza calorosa in questa location mozzafiato immersa nella natura ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ma la vera stella della serata è stata la cucina: i consigli sulla scelta delle portate sono stati azzeccati, e la qualità, cottura e presentazione delle carni erano semplicemente eccellenti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

30/08/2024: Immediately at the gates of the Varaita Valley in Venasca, there is this trattoria where in summer you can enjoy a decidedly less sultry climate. The owners and staff are helpful and very kind, and the typical Piedmontese food is really very good. The value for money is excellent. A place I recommend. After the starter and the first course I was definitely full! As an expense I indicated between 20 and 30, I paid 19.00, but I didn't get the water and I wasn't able to get the dessert. But the quality is high and the dishes plentiful!

20/07/2024: The pizzeria is located in an enclosed garden with several children's games. Very nice location. The pizza was good but the wait was endless! An hour for just one pizza is really too much!

11/07/2024: The pizza is thin and crispy and the toppings are balanced with the dough. The prices are low and the quality is high. They don't do table service, but everything is very well organized (You order, pay and are given a pager... you take a seat at the tables and when it rings you go to collect your pizzas). Furthermore, in the summer version it is immersed in a fenced playground (for those with children it is the ideal solution)...
