Located at an altitude that offers beautiful views of the valley, the refuge can be reached via various paths, including the one that starts from Rore, ideal for excursions of varying difficulty. Upon arrival, you will find a warm welcome and a family atmosphere. The cuisine offers simple but authentic dishes, prepared with local ingredients. Polenta is a must, but the other local specialties do not disappoint either.
30/07/2024: Ambiente meraviglioso, proprietari gentilissimi, cibo genuino e squisito. Avevo avvisato di essere celiaca e la cuoca ha addirittura preparato tutti i dolci della carta nella versione senza glutine… Accortezze che spesso non accadono neanche nei locali certificati. Torneremo sicuramente!

12/12/2024: Abbiamo effettuato un pranzo di lavoro durante la settimana. Il personale era molto gentile ma i piatti piuttosto ordinari. comprensibile per il prezzo basso richiesto ma speravamo in qualcosa di più tipico del luogo. La struttura è comunque molto calda ed accogliente.
05/11/2024: Very warm welcome received in one of the only restaurants in the village still open. Board of local cheese offered by the boss, gnocchi and quality burger.

20/10/2024: We stopped by today... To eat something.... At the entrance, there was a sort of menu written, without prices.... The menu said.... Platter, agnolotti and shank with side dish... .They served us... Ok, for the platter.... But... The first one, which we chose... They weren't agnolotti... But tortelloni, with a filling, which we didn't even understand what it was... With a little cream... Very al dente and chewy, not to mention the price.... I'm not going to write.... I don't think I'll go there again.....😔

Situato in un'ottima posizione è facilmente raggiungibile e ti regala, con la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, la serenità e genuinità della montagna. La struttura è collocata in un'ottima posizione soleggiata, le camere ed i locali comuni sono di recente ristrutturazione, puliti e accoglienti. La cena è stata spettacolare!!, ogni portata era veramente ottima! Che dire: ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

21/08/2024: Pane nella norma. In valle ce ne sono di migliori. In compenso il proprietario è un grandissimo maleducato che pensa che essendo agosto può maltrattare i clienti. Tranquillo che tra meno di un mese a Sampeyre non ci sarà più molta gente che entra nella tua panetteria ed avrai tempo per riflettere su come essere più cordiale.
