10/07/2025: Very warm welcome, magnificent location and what can I say about the perfect meal. Not to be missed.
08/07/2025: After a lovely via ferrata in the mountains near Chiaronto, we called the refuge to see if they were still available for lunch. Our estimated arrival time at the refuge was 4:00 PM. They were very kind and offered us unlimited menu options. The dishes were carefully selected, with unusual pairings, and were delicious. A truly beautiful place to spend a few relaxing hours. A wonderful experience, we'll be back!

19/05/2025: Good morning, I went to eat, a very nice and clean place, it's a shame that the menu is limited in choice, 2 good starters, only one good first course on the menu, and the second course is either tomini or capollo which is not as good as grilled ham. It is not possible to keep the white wine in the fridge on ice because it does not have a special container. Damn, the name trattoria.... but you can do better.
31/03/2025: Ambiente rustico ed accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio preciso con tempi medi. Ottima la cucina dall'antipasto ai dolci. Struttura posizionata sulla statale ideale per chi è di passaggio ma non per la sosta, piccolo parcheggio. Bravi a tutto il personale. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio con prenotazione. In allegato la nostra esperienza.

21/06/2025: Good pizza and friendly staff, large selection of pizzas and focaccias, the quality of the products is good, definitely recommended. Special note on the berry cheesecake really good, you could tell it was homemade.
20/06/2025: Eat in or take away - this is great pizza. Located conveniently just off the town square this is a great option for dinner - and the pizza menu runs for over two pages.

05/06/2025: Very good family cuisine, very very warm welcome, a smile, a comfortable establishment, the advantage is that it is not a tourist restaurant, it is a restaurant for local customers from all over the valley, perfect
15/04/2025: We are in Sampeyre to evaluate whether to continue coming or... choose another holiday destination.
Today is Tuesday and it's raining... damn, will we find a quiet place to have lunch? We try calling and they immediately answer us in a friendly and familiar manner; Nicoletta come too, we'll be waiting for you.
We find friendly people, the environment is very nice, well-kept and warm. On the walls are beautiful photos of the town as it was in ancient times. The food is fresh, plentiful and excellent.
Bresaola rolls
Penne with cherry tomatoes (fresh) and basil
Capocollo and chips, all washed down with a quarter of wine.
Cake and coffee.
Quick lunch, chosen from a very varied menu.
We spent the right amount...
Mrs. CATIA and her husband are very friendly and good-natured people. I wasn't looking for anything else.
I don't know about you!!!
Don't go too many, otherwise there won't be room left for us!!!!!!

25/06/2025: We stopped after the descent from Colle dell'Agnolo for an aperitif and a quick lunch. We had the tomino with grilled vegetables and it was fantastic. Very friendly manager. Recommended

23/06/2025: Friendly waitress and overall quality and prices as expected. But noise. So much noise. Because they were doing karaoke OUTDOORS!! We couldn't talk and ran away while the howling of those who "sang" resounded throughout the square. We sat down at another bar and the noise was annoying there too, what a place! Never again!
22/06/2025: It's been a long time since I've been to Sampeyre but I won't go back. All weekend from this bar music came at very high volume day and night, a horrible karaoke useful only to evaluate the alcoholic state of the participants. At two in the morning you could still hear people shouting from Nebin, we had to sleep with the windows closed! If karaoke has been extinct since the 90s there must be a reason? Take a look and think about valorizing the place without making everyone who sets foot there hate the town! Terrible 👎👎👎

12/09/2024: Per due giorni di relax abbiamo deciso, dopo averlo scovato sui social questo rifugio. Mai scelta è stata migliore. Il posto è veramente bello, relativamente facile da trovare salendo da Sampeyre. Il personale è professionale, gentile, mai invadente, la strutture è nuova e tenuta veramente bene la posizione invidiabile. La cucina ottima con ricette del territorio ed a km 0. Torneremo.
17/08/2024: Rifugio è un pochino riduttivo, belle camere spaziose, nuove e pulite. Ristorante eccezionale portate abbondant, tutto ottimo, Annalisa in cucina fa tutto lei, i dolci sono indimenticabili.

12/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo albergo usufruendo della mezza pensione.
Due camere doppie ed una singola. Già per la mia amica single pagare lo stesso prezzo delle coppie è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La struttura non è moderna, anzi è antica, ma le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite ed hanno tutti i gadget (calza scarpe, ago e filo, ciabatte ecc) che a volte non trovi neppure in alberghi a 4 stelle.
Ma la sorpresa maggiore è stata nella colazione e cena: veramente di qualità superiore grazie alla cucina semplice e casalinga. Ottimo il rapporto personale, penso che torneremo anche in estate. Unica pecca: l'ambiente comune è piccolo.
01/09/2024: Assolutamente da provare la Carne cruda con scaglie di parmigiano. Ristorante pulito, mangiare ottimo, personale molto cortese.

21/08/2024: Pane nella norma. In valle ce ne sono di migliori. In compenso il proprietario è un grandissimo maleducato che pensa che essendo agosto può maltrattare i clienti. Tranquillo che tra meno di un mese a Sampeyre non ci sarà più molta gente che entra nella tua panetteria ed avrai tempo per riflettere su come essere più cordiale.
