01/02/2026: A pleasant surprise. The service was very attentive, especially regarding gluten-free options: they brought us both gluten-free and non-gluten-free bread without us even asking, a very thoughtful touch. I ordered the cavallo with baked potatoes and loved it. We also ordered a kind of agnolotti, which were fantastic. For dessert, we had tiramisu and apple tart with cream, both delicious. We will definitely be back.

08/01/2026: A beautiful refuge, accessible in winter on skis or with a lovely 15-20 minute snowshoe hike from the Monte Pigna cable car station. Spectacular location, superb views, excellent food (the polenta was superb!), and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

06/01/2026: Beautiful place, easy walk from the church to the cabin. Family-run cabin where they welcome you with warmth and tell you their story. A must-see!

01/01/2026: We've been in Italy for a week, and we came across this cozy trattoria by sheer happenstance, and man oh man ... did we luck out! This was a) by far the best meal we've had here and b) by far the best value. Absolutely exceptional, worth 6 stars if I could give them, prbly 7 or 8. We were the only non-locals there, and defo reserve ... as the few tables they had were sold out for three days before we got a spot. Fixed menu (6 courses) and one seating. Go now!

09/10/2025: I dined at Bistrocc in Roccaforte with my wife and the group of historical collectors I belong to, and we were all completely satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The appetizers are delicious: in particular, I tried the veal with tuna sauce, which was truly exquisite, with incredibly tender meat and an authentically flavorful sauce. For my first course, the tajarin with rabbit ragù was a real surprise: rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The main courses and desserts on the menu also deserve a mention for their quality and impeccable presentation. A restaurant that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for those who love good Piedmontese cuisine in a serene and refined setting.

02/10/2025: Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent, generous portions were above average, and the cuisine was traditional yet sophisticated. The desserts were also delicious. A special mention goes to the Castelmagno gnocchi with hazelnuts and honey.

12/11/2025: The pizza was made with sourdough and seemed like the same dough as bread, perhaps a little dry and too crunchy... The pizza arrived not too hot.

12/11/2025: We went here for an aperitivo: very good, high-quality products, served in a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is truly friendly and definitely makes you want to come back. Highly recommended!
