14/12/2024: Very disappointing experience in this restaurant. Sitting down with two people at a large round table with only a napkin and a water glass on the table is not really inviting to take a seat. We thought for a moment that they had forgotten to cover them, but we didn't. The two chairs were practically in the curtains. No welcoming feeling at all. A little more than a base was served in the glass of champagne. When the glass was emptied we were served some snacks with no taste at all. The dishes we chose were not tasty or at least beautifully presented. As a final dish we had an unimaginative cheese platter consisting of poorly cut slices of parmesan Swiss and English cheese, among others, and to think that so many delicious cheeses are made in Piedmont. We were asked if we wanted bread, which we think is an unnecessary question in such a restaurant, just give it as well as a lick of honey or jam. About 6 people in the service got in each other's way, led by a non-Italian waiter who was incredibly nonchalant and incompetent, for example holding the bottle of water and wine at the opening with his bare hands to pour. So no atmosphere and no good food and no good service. A lot of staff also in the kitchen, but what remains a mystery to us. Not recommended.

10/12/2024: The first experience in this restaurant with great attention to detail but they make you feel at home. Visited the cellar which leaves you speechless. Compliments.

12/12/2024: It's a shame that it's closing in December 2024, it cooks with generous portions, traditional dishes but also innovation (like their smoked salmon).

03/01/2025: Had breakfast at 5 in the morning where the quality, courtesy and smile, despite the early hour, were at the top! Delicious coffee and fresh croissants. Must try!

01/12/2024: 15 of us arrived practically at the end of the service (it was after 1.30pm) they immediately prepared a table for us all to be together, we were served by Alessia, very kind and also available for the group photo, generous and very good portions, final bill. .......13 euros per person!!! Thank you all so much for your kindness.
