14/06/2026: After booking months in advance, and at the culmination of a trip to northern Italy with my Belgian girlfriend, we finally had lunch at Centro in Priocca. The atmosphere was sublime, the welcome phenomenal, and we truly felt pampered and at home. The traditional Piedmontese tasting menu left us literally speechless; dishes like the Russian salad or the reinterpretation of bread, butter, and anchovies in the shape of agnolotti del plin were breathtaking. My girlfriend and I had a culinary experience of the highest caliber, and our recommendation is to come to Elide and let yourself be pampered by her cuisine. A huge thank you and applause to the many staff, waiters, waiters, and sommeliers who guided us on this journey, demonstrating incredible professionalism, including having to explain the dishes and wines first in Italian and then in French so that my girlfriend could fully understand the entire process. For a first visit, I recommend the tasting menu (€125); you'll leave with a clear idea of ​​the strong points and the small imperfections. Excellent selection of champagnes.
