01/04/2024: Good morning, we went to the tavern La Via del Sale at Easter. It was a nice experience, friendly staff, very good dishes (without taking anything away from the rest), superlative plins in the old tradition. Have a good time

31/12/2023: We chose Tenuta Carretta to celebrate our wedding. I would give more stars if there were more. Prestigious location, cared for and furnished down to the smallest detail. Monica, facility manager, followed us step by step in this journey, making sure to satisfy our requests, reassuring our concerns by following us in every deadline. Flavio Costa, top chef, you can feel his passion for cooking in every dish . Both guaranteed their presence throughout the event. All the staff, prepared, friendly and very helpful. During the aperitif and dinner they were always ready for each guest. In conclusion, by choosing Tenuta Carretta you will have a starred event but at the same time enriched by a familiar and "easygoing" atmosphere, rare for levels like this. I will return for many other events.
