18/03/2024: Without infamy and without praise.
Dinner for two with tasting menu + à la carte with starter, first course, second course, dessert, wine, water and coffee.
Varied and well presented menu (and I believe you, for what you pay it is the minimum) apart from however: the partridge which had feathers inside (the waitress's response: "it's normal for them to be there, because it is hunted" - okay '...let's overlook it), the gyoza/ravioli soaked in oil, the truly anonymous Fassona joke
Spartan and not very attentive sommelier, after ten minutes of consultation he brought us a good Barbaresco, but it was not the wine we wanted to pair with
Pseudo-formal environment, quiet, at times elegant but of the "clean" kind, certainly the Eiffel 65 and Califano in the background with the Spotify playlist don't suit us too well
There is certainly better but perhaps in the area it is the best that can be found.
In short, you tell your friends about it but you certainly can't boast of having been there.
"Ah, you know, I've been to Villa Garassino" is not one of the phrases with which to make a good impression, here... Perhaps during the day and as an agritourism it is more suitable
17/03/2024: Beautiful experience, spectacularly clean room, relaxing colors, tub and shower so you can choose where to relax.

The starred cuisine for me was truly a beautiful discovery, the food sublime.
We will happily return.
