03/01/2026: The restaurant reopened last year after being closed for a few years. I'm not sure if it was under new management, but the current one has done a great job!
The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, and the soft lighting combined with a lovely fireplace (lit! 😉) create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
The service is always precise and professional, and we developed a rapport with the staff, who were fun to chat with, beyond the usual routine.
The dishes are good; I was satisfied with the tagliatelle with venison ragù and the veal fillet with three peppercorns. The tiramisu, however, despite its beautiful presentation, wasn't matched by its adequate flavor; I found it too lacking in sweetness, and the way it was assembled made it difficult to enjoy.

14/02/2026: Lunch and coffee breaks while skiing on a weekday in February. Quite crowded, but stopping for lunch around 2 pm we found a sunny spot outside. The food and desserts were delicious, typical home-style mountain fare. There's no table service; you order at the cashier and collect it at the counter. Beautiful location at the top of the hill.

24/02/2026: The advantage is that you can book, although you can reserve a specific time. At first, partly due to the crowded place, the welcome wasn't the best, but then the service definitely improved and the staff were helpful. The food is average, offering pizzas, pasta dishes, and burgers. The place is cute and tastefully decorated.

09/03/2026: We expected a semi-Michelin experience but were badly disappointed. We both got a Chef Menu but the dishes were boring and without the edge and taste experience you would expect from such a place. The pasta dish was downright inedible, the pasta was not cooked enough. Now I am not Italian, so it is fair if the waiter is not strong in English. But none of our dishes were presented properly and the food was almost thrown on the table. The best thing about the evening was the wine list, which is excellent also for the price. All in all, not the experience we had expected from what is considered one of the city's best restaurants.

04/02/2026: The place was packed; we waited a bit before being seated. The desserts were excellent; the homemade cakes were delicious. We tried the chocolate one and the jam tart.
Good selection of teas, although many on the list were unavailable.
Service was a bit slow, but we weren't in a rush. :)

02/03/2026: ★★★★ This hotel deserves a fourth star for its outstanding service. The staff were exceptional – discreet, professional and genuinely attentive throughout our stay.
Our room was comfortable and beautifully presented, the restaurant served delicious food, and the spa area was relaxing and well maintained.
We stayed to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and the team arranged everything perfectly and in complete secrecy – prosecco in the room, spa access, and a candlelit tiramisu for dessert (they changed the weeks meny for this). Every detail was handled with care and professionalism.
A perfect romantic getaway with a lovely surprise element. We will definitely be back.

26/02/2026: Bad experience, mediocre hotel with the pretensions of a high-end hotel.
We were greeted coldly, bordering on rude.
This hotel doesn't have a serene atmosphere, where you feel at home or welcomed. On the contrary, when you enter the lobby, no one greets you, the staff doesn't even look up, and there's always this military atmosphere that doesn't encourage you to stay or even decide to stop for a drink.

18/02/2026: I've been coming here for twenty years, if not more...the food is good. They don't take reservations, which I don't find nice...As for the service, it depends on who you end up with. The young man is very kind, while the girl with the ponytail is aloof and not at all welcoming. The price is reasonable.

19/01/2026: The pizza was very good, well-prepared, and a decent size. A little pricey, but considering it's a tourist spot, it's somewhat acceptable.
The bison steak was good, perfectly prepared, but a bit small for the €26 price tag. The vegetables were delicious.
The service was acceptable, and the place was nice.
We have no complaints and would return.
18/01/2026: We booked for 7:20 PM. As soon as we arrived, we sensed a bit of a rush, but we initially ignored it. They casually threw the menus on the table, then after less than five minutes they came to take our orders, and when we showed signs of hesitation, they became impatient. The dishes were good, of course, but before we'd even finished them, they started clearing the table. While some of us hadn't even finished our food, they threw the dessert menus back at us. Then they did the same for the coffees, which they took away while we were still drinking them.
Then, the icing on the cake, while I was paying, the owner spoke to his friends as if I didn't exist, saying, "Let's set the table now, the girls are leaving anyway," then turning to me, he said, "You're leaving, aren't you?" Incidentally, we'd been there for about an hour. Meanwhile, while the other people were still at the table, the owner went to the waiter and said, "Let's clear everything away, we have a table reserved, you're leaving anyway, aren't you?" Terrible experience. If you have a table at 8:30 PM, you can't accept other customers and expect them to leave after less than an hour, then kick them out, taking advantage of the fact that we're young. We won't be back.

12/02/2026: I was at this osteria yesterday: it was a wonderful experience. The place is meticulously maintained, clean, and tidy, and the wait staff is truly kind, unobtrusive, attentive, and prompt. Furthermore, the dishes we ordered were delicious, with generous portions and delicate flavors. It warmed my heart, and I hope to return soon! A heartfelt thank you to the staff!
