26/12/2025: The waitresses were not very friendly... I repeatedly asked for more bottles, but they didn't bring them, saying it was already included... There were 30 of us and we didn't expect them to be free... we would obviously have paid for them. Not recommended

06/11/2025: I stopped at this little restaurant, just steps from my dentist's office, for lunch. It's on the first floor of a building on the outskirts of Fossano, but despite its location, it's quite popular. The lunch menu includes a choice of a first course, a second course, and a side dish. I opted for pasta with cavolo nero pesto, eggplant parmigiana, and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious, simple cuisine, just like being at home! €12 including water. Excellent!

28/09/2025: On Sunday, returning from the Carabinieri holiday in Fossano, we stopped for lunch at Cate and Maria. A simple place, but well-prepared cuisine, from the cold cuts platter and fried gnocco (abundant) to the tagliatelle with pork rib ragù (the sauce also included a delicious rib) to the borage ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, truly excellent. The desserts were excellent! If you're passing through Fossano, stop by—you won't regret it.

13/11/2025: When I come in here, I'd buy everything! I find the large loaves made with sourdough starter delicious, well-baked and lasting for several days. The breadsticks taste good: light, not burnt, low in fat, and taste like bread. It's a shame I found some with a moist, not crumbly interior. The focaccia is just the right amount of greasy, soft without being rubbery, and nicely stuffed with olives or onions, as it should be! The only flaw for now is the lack of labels describing the products on display with their prices. I forgot to mention that the girl who usually serves is friendly, patient, and kind. I wish there were more sales assistants like that!

01/01/2026: The premises have been renovated and are better furnished than before, but the service is slow (I went to collect the tray myself after seeing it ready but abandoned and waiting for an employee to bring it to the table.

23/01/2026: Nice place with friendly and helpful staff. It offers a wide menu for all tastes. It also offers a wide selection of beers, and they're all excellent. I've been here several times and have always had a great time. See you soon. 😊

08/01/2026: Reading the name of the pizzeria, I immediately pictured a beautiful fantasy tale, perhaps even with a few mischievous elves to spice things up, but I never imagined that, during dinner, I'd be experiencing a mystical journey into a fairytale world. Let's start with the staff, totally unsuitable for serving tables and hard to find, almost as if they were wearing blinders as they walked around the dining room, where just under half the tables were occupied. Let's move on to the drinks, where by magic, or some mischievous gnome, the amber beer turns into a lager twice...magical, isn't it? In a fairytale, the fearless knight faces several obstacles to achieve his most desired goal: saving the princess. Instead, we, even if it's not such a noble goal, just wanted a pizza, but we had to earn it and, above all, thoroughly investigate which one we ordered. I admit we gave them a hard time, because we ordered a pizza with classic dough, with gorgonzola, leeks, and sausage, and another with hemp dough, with leeks and sausage. We hoped it wouldn't be a problem for professionals, and for professionals, it wouldn't have been so... But okay, trying to figure out which pizza was which, both presented as gorgonzola, leeks, and sausage, we managed to eat, even if we didn't live up to our expectations, as the edge was comparable to the shield the prince uses to protect himself from fire and dragon bites. The heroic feat almost comes to an end with dessert, which would have been nice for everyone to enjoy together, and not for three minutes at a time, and then a fourth after a good five. In the fried Nutella gnocchi, we found a hair (it can happen), and I wouldn't have even mentioned it if it weren't for the fact that, after managing to call a waiter, it was pointed out to us, on instructions from the kitchen, that the hair was blond and that everyone in the kitchen had black hair. Personally, I don't think it's fair to the customer to report this, as the hair was found anyway. In the end, they remade our dessert, but, as with the pizza, it wasn't as good as expected. Well, dear readers, we've reached the end of this arduous task and we conclude with the phrase found on the till: "Pizza is not food, pizza is a feeling." Nothing could be more accurate, but are we sure that feeling is always positive? Just to end with a quote..."Let posterity judge."

17/01/2026: Amazing pizzas and seafood dishes, very clean and welcoming place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nasser, the owner, is a unique and very friendly pizza chef!!! Highly recommended.

01/09/2025: We had pizzas in various flavors. The pasta was very good and well-filled!! The Birra Rossa was very good. The waitress was very good, smart, and kind. The Carbonara was delicious, and the Tiramisu was amazing!!
